I’ve come to this restaurants close to 15 years now, it’s not a gourmet restaurant, but the food is great and they are friendly all the time and also quick. People write bad reviews about it but I’m a regular at least once a week if not more and food is always good, portions are big and service is also good.

Dispite the bad reviews, I actually like ordering food from yum yum. I’ve never had a problem with their customers service. I love their egg rolls. I find the food a little bit expensive for what it actually is.

I HAVE to give Yum-Yum a review… I’m glad I didn’t read the negative reviews and just went with the gut instinct that a family owned restaurant that had been in the same location for a long time, must make good Chinese food. So my husband and I gave them a shot and we LOVEDIT. First off, I have to warn you, this place is like a Book, never judge by its cover… the place looks mediocre, shabby and it was empty when we arrived, so we were a bit hesitant… Yet we decided to come in and risk it. First off the young lady that received us was full of energy, friendly and immortelle made us feel welcomed. We started with the Hot and Sour soup(I’m a fan of this soup and very little places nail it), Yum-Yums Hot and Sour was homemade and simply delicious. Then between my husband daughter and I we ordered the Beef & Broccoli, Kung Pao Chicken & the Orange Chicken. First off the portions are large, and the taste was fresh and delicious! Then we noticed that even though know one was at the Rest their phone didn’t stop ringing with orders, as well as walking-In picking up their orders, interesting. Over all folks, great service, delicious and fresh Chinese food and best of all super affordable, you can’t go wrong at Yum-Yums. This is officially our new Chinese To-Go kind of place. If it wasn’t for the ambiance I would have giving them 5 stars.

Everyone who gave this place 1 – 2 stars are bitter assholes. It’s a family owned chinese restaurant for christ sake… You’re not at PF Changs. Yes, they do speak with heavy accents but they are kind unlike what Luisa’s brain dead review of this place said. I’ve been eating here for a few years now, mostly delivery/take-out but I have dined in a few times. The times I have dined in, there werent many ppl there. Food is good too. Singapore Curry Rice Noodles is where it’s at! Great lunch specials.

Compared to a typical Chinese Restaurant Yum Yum is a joke. My perception is that they do a big carry out business and possibly a lunch business but little else in the way of dining. There are no containers of mustard or duck sauce on the tables and if you ask for any you are given packets(the kind used in take-away restaurants). The packets of hot mustard we were given tasted disgusting and the noodles put on the table were stale. Forget about getting any hot tea on the table and their combination platters don’t come with dessert. Yum Yum is basically a no frills establishment. Service was ok as far as waters being refilled and the special fried rice was fairly good all things considered. I wouldn’t get too adventurous with my ordering here. If you are looking for good quality, this isn’t it. A better name for this restaurant might be Yuk Yuk.

If I were able to give this restaurant a zero, believe me I would. Words cannot even explain the terrible Costumer Service I have just experienced I’m a regular costumer that orders from this restaurant every now and then because it’s relatively close to me. However tonight I’ve encountered the worst experience ever from this restaurant that will guarantee me of never coming back. Instead of doing the delivery as always, I decide to call ahead and pick it up myself. On the phone, a lady answered the phone(lady #1) and I proceed to tell her my order. I just ordered the Special Lo Mein and wanted to order the Honey Garlic Chicken(but I didn’t know the name of the chicken at that moment). So I simply begin to explain that I want the chicken that’s fried and has the orange sauce on the side. However she didn’t quite understand so she hands me over to lady #2. The second lady tried to work with me. Suggesting that the chicken that I want is the Orange Chicken. And because I’m not familiar with the menu 100% I agreed. I drove to the restaurant, went inside and waited to be assisted. I paid and simply told the lady that I would wait in the car. After waiting the time the lady had told me for the food, I stepped out of my car and into the restaurant. Where the lady had to tell someone else to check for the food. Minutes later I received the food. After receiving the food, I simply drive back home. It was my fault for not checking that the chicken that I ordered was the chicken I had wanted. So I called back to the restaurant The second lady picks up and after explaining to her that the chicken that I got wasn’t the one I wanted she starts speaking to me in a loud tone. I had to tell her TWICE to lower down her voice. But all she kept saying was that I told her that I wanted the orange chicken however if I did indeed said that I wanted the orange chicken, then I wouldn’t be describing her what chicken I wanted IF I knew the exact name of chicken. After having a long argument and vulgar language she HANGSUP on me. I called twice back but still no answer. When she did want to answer she kept blaming it on me and told me that«SHECANTREADTHECOSTUMERSMINDS» and I got EXACTLY want I ordered and suggests for me to bring the chicken back to the restaurant After this terrible experience and costumer service do you really think I want to return and drive all the way back there for chicken?! Thank you YUMYUM for completely ruining my night ! And I can guarantee you that I will NEVER come back!

Horrible. Shrimp was rubbery and over cooked. My husband took 4 bites of his beef and broccoli and then threw the whole thing out. I liked my egg roll though. Delivery service was mixed up too. Too bad, I wanted to like Yum Yum.

The delivery was okay, my boyfriend and I order 2 dinners which comes with a soup… The soup we got was egg drop soup, I personally LOVE egg drop but this is the most disgusting soup I’ve ever tasted. It was like they never finished cooking it, it was so thick to looked like pudding.

Yum Yum is definitely not gourmet food but it will satisfy any chinese food craving. We love their dinner menu because it comes with soup, REALLYGOOD egg rolls, and the main dish. Their prices are ok and they usually deliver quickly. We have never been inside of the actual restaurant but I definitely recommend ordering food from Yum Yum.

My go-to chinese take out joint. Good pork fried rice, good egg rolls, good wonton soup and good General Tso chicken. Lots of food, very quick and reasonably priced. What is not to like? That being said, i have never eaten in the actual restaurant — just take out so i can eat massive amounts of comfort food in comfort.

I just placed an order and spoke quite clearly repeating myself 4 times to the gentleman on the telephone. In the end they delivered the wrong food to me because they misunderstood. I called them and it took several minutes of repeatedly explaining what I had ordered and what they had delivered in error. This time the woman with whom I spoke expressed frustration that they would have to send someone back to my building and then had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay an additional amount for the i correct item. Horrible customer service! When a restaurant makes a mistake the very least they can do is apologize, correct the order it and not ask for more money. Instead these folks seemed annoyed with me.

Order Singapore curry rice noodles and the beef rice thick noodles and the pan fried chicken noodles. Awesome. They also have dumplings made out of chicken or pork and home made. Which is awesome. Get it pan fried. With the hot sauce!!!

We live in the building right next door to this place so we eat here often. My favorite thing that I’ve tried is the egg rolls… I don’t know what it is, but by far the best egg roll Ive ever had. It has a good meaty chew and not so greeny, which is probably what I love. The ginger inside adds a great twist and mint feeling. It’s good old fashioned Chinese food, nothing fancy or creative, just the basics we’re used to, but well done for sure!

The only good thing about this place is the positive and friendly attitude of the waiter. Unfortunately that’s not enough to make me come back.

This place totally rocks! After Confucio Express bit the dust(taste wise) a few months ago, I’ve had to look elsewhere for a good Chinese fix. This place totally filled the gap. Everything I’ve had there was good: –sweet and sour chicken, pork fried rice, General Tso’s chicken, wonton/egg drop soup, and the egg rolls. Great Value AND Great Price!

Yup, exactly what all the reviews say… this is probably the worst Chinese I’ve had in my life. The only good thing about this meal is that we were all sprawled on a couch terribly hungover and needed some cheap substance to absorb all the alcohol from our system, so we ordered some delivery to alleviate our pain. As for the food, the soup was horrible, the fried rice was so chewy at times it felt like I had rubber in my mouth. The curry chicken was super watered down, the shrimp in oyster sauce tasted like residue from a fast-food restaurants’ garbage can, the only semi decent meal was their generals chicken and the rolls… for the quality of the food this place is actually kinda pricey. Gross!
