Dr. Chandran is by far the most compassionate Doctor I have ever met! He’s is just awesome I highly recommend him.

I am only adding a star because it is required to post a review. Dr. Chandran had been assigned as my PCP, and was recommended by someone, so my hopes were high.
He recommended me for an MRI of the brain when I passed out last year, and said depending on the results he would refer me to a neurologist. Another specialist explained the blackout was likely due to a UTI, but Dr. Chandran wanted to be sure. A few weeks after enduring the trauma (mildly claustrophobic) and hefty expense (these are not cheap, even with insurance!), Dr. Chandran said it was fine & I went on my merry way.
Several months later, my new life insurance company is reviewing my history, and ask me why I never followed up as directed w/​a neuro, per my records with Dr. Chandran. I was taken aback. As it turns out, the office NEVER RECEIVED MY MRI RESULTS! Dr. Chandran told me I was cleared WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE RESULTS of the MRI I had to pay hundreds out of pocket for! That is crazy irresponsible to begin with! The crazy show that ensued in GETTING the MRI results back was a full-​on drama of its own. Why you would refer a patient to a specific MRI center then ask them to help you in getting the results every step of the way is beyond me.
You would think they would, after realizing this error, bend over backwards to rectify this matter. Nope! Instead, they hassled the insurance company when they asked them to please update their files to reflect my accurate medical history. They had paid twice at this point, the second time for nothing. It took me going to the office and arguing through my entire lunch break to get them to provide corrected records to the insurance company.
The doctor is terrible and irresponsible, the office is worse. STAY AWAY!
