Jason has been in the business for around 15 years. At a very young age he was force to fix his own computer when it fell victim to a virus. He called around to a couple of stores but was hopeless to find some actual help and surprised to be quoted $ 150 – 200 from the local computer techs in the area. After repairing the unit himself after aquiring the right programs with the help of a friends computer the feeling was very rewarding. From there on he developed his skills in Microsoft Windows computer, shortly after progressing onto Apple Macbook computer due to demand. Nowadays Jason specializes in all sorts of gadgets like desktops, laptops, Apple computers, smartphones, tablets, TVs and video game consoles.

I went here yesterday afternoon and spoke to them about fixing my phone that had a broken screen, fast draining battery and getting very hot. The guy i spoke to was very nice and was very honest he said it be cheaper to replace the phone then to have it fixed. That type of honesty is rare cuz he didn’t have to tell me that he could of easily took the phone and fix it but he didn’t. I took his advice and went and replaced the phone. But because of his honesty i wouldn’t hesitate to go back if i have issues with my new phone.

They price with integrity and deliver on or ahead of schedule.
This summer, my brother-​in-​law had a phone issue requiring repair. When the issue proved beyond the scope of what was diagnosed, and a new unit was going to have to be purchased, and the manager refunded him his money. I thought this showed a lot of integrity. Therefore, when I required some work on my computers, this was my first stop.
My work was completed within the timeframe quoted, and for less money.
This should be your only call if you have an issue requiring repair with your technology.

Brought my Galaxy S6 here because the thing wouldn’t turn on after an update. Took them three days to get back to me and tell me that it was «bricked.» Just traded the thing in for a refurbished one at Tmobile. Waste of time.

I was happy to find this place after going to best buy and being quoted 130 $ for a repair. They quickly removed my virus and my laptop is good as new! They even offered me a free anti virus. They kept me in the loop and called to verify whether I would agree to go ahead with the service. They were true to their quote (between 50 – 90 $ depending on the severity of the virus), and honestly I am excited to have such a good service offered so closely.

Brought my son’s IPad mini in after seeing the stores sign from University Dr. I had contemplated going with a random Groupon business but as with everything, low ball prices usually bite you in the end. I was given a reasonable and competitive quote and told it would be ready that afternoon. Because my son had put a passcode in, they were not able to start immediately. They let me know it might not be ready til the next day. Received the device then, price was as stated, very friendly staff. If your looking for a quality, competitively priced repair store, this is the one.

Fast, top notch, no bull service. My wife got a quote over the phone for iPad 3 cracked screen repair, I went in a week later and I believe his name is garret who honored the quote and had my iPad ready the same day. Friendly service and most importantly quick without losing the quality work. Oh and their hours are awesome! Def recommend them!
