Swift Management Solutions has been active in Broward and Palm Beach Counties for 16 years. We service HOA’s, Condo’s and Commercial Condos. Our staff is a great TEAM of professionals. Most have been with the firm over 10 years. Our clientele also has lasting retention. The firm was started to become a family owned firm to «make a difference» in customer service in the management industry. That is our job! We are active in CAI, IREM and BOMA and have Accredited Residential Managers.

Nicole Swift is an accomplished, Driven-​to-​Succeed professional with over 30 years’ experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Management, Development and Accounting. In the commercial realm, she assisted new developments within the City of Weston, Silver Lakes and Coral Springs. In 2000, she was founder of her own Property Management firm, Swift Management Solutions, Inc., where she is President and has maintained successful business relationships for 16 years overseeing a team of 20. Her company manages over 75 properties. She is dedicated to providing the best possible representation for community associations and small businesses by offering insightful, innovative solutions and strategies along with high quality accounting services in the most cost effective manner possible. She is proficient in leadership, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. She also portrays superb knowledge in taxes, collections and insurance.
