Let me start off by saying this is the first review I have EVER written. I am so upset with this place and the quality of the service I could not let them continue their bad practice. Please stay clear of this place. I went here to get my iPhone screen fixed. They were fast but honestly you get what u pay for. I should have spent the extra 100 dollars and gotten it fixed by Apple. They use an extremely cheap material that cracked that same day from being in my pocket. I did not drop it, simply from being in my front pocket caused a crack in the screen. Day 2 of being in my pocket another crack. If you’re into crappy quality for cheap prices this place is great. If you want it done right just go to the apple store it’s worth the extra money. I truly feel scammed.

Excellent and friendly service was able to repair my broken screen on the iPhone 6 in about 20mins!

Never again will I go to this place again. They are for fixing phones and not computers. They made my computer worse than it already was and I think they damaged my hard drive.

Great service! Went in this morning with broken glass on iPhone6. They had it fixed in 45 minutes. Very friendly and courteous.

I have gone to Gadget Geeks twice, but this was the only place open on a Sunday and I cannot be happier. Both screen replacements at Gadget Geeks came «unglued» within a week, and UBreakiFix let me know that there were screws missing, and it comes with a 90 day guarantee. My phone was beautifully done (both the glass and LCD screen were broken) and it was done within a half hour. Plus, with any repair you get $ 10 off a case, so for $ 129 I got my entire phone done, and then for an extra $ 34 I got an otterbox and I love it. I will be going back to this location if I ever have any trouble. Quick, courteous and extremely professional. Bye Gadget Geeks, this place has you beat.

SO glad I looked in Unilocal for other places to fix smartphones besides Dr Phone Fix because I found these guys. They replaced the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S4 for HALF the price that the other guys wanted. They are FAST and more than reasonable. I’m sending everyone I know there to fix their phones, tablets or laptops.

This place was great. I brought in an iPhone with a sim card issue and they were able to resolve it under 10 minutes. Shad was very respectable and extremely helpful. I recommend this place to anybody that has a problem with a phone please do not hesitate to go.

Pricing a bit high for work done to replace my broken iphone glass — but very appreciative to have a service place locally that can do this kind of work and that is easy to work with. Great job and highly recommend!

Very happy with customer service.
Cracked my iPhone 5s and they fixed it within 30 mins. Then the Next day I notice the camera wasn’t working so I thought oh no I must have broken it too. Thinking id spend another $ 100 but tech was able to just fix it in 5 mins and didn’t charge me! Honestly he could have just lied I wouldn’t know the difference. That’s good follow up customer service! Keep up the work.

My cockatoo bit on my home button causing it to be jammed. They almost ripped me off because they wanted to charge me 60 bucks saying they had to replace my home button. My mom managed to bargain with them down to 40 bucks. I get my phone back and it’s the same old button. Other then that, they provided quick and prompt service. Just be careful.

I had my screen replaced on my iPhone5 and a few days later while on vacation the entire screen popped out. When I tried to snap it back into place I broke it… When I went back to the store they told me I voided my warranty by trying to fix it myself. They did glue it back in place, but in less than 30-​days the screen popped out again and stopped working completely. I had to replace the screen yet again! 1 day later, I was talking on my phone and pressed my head against my shoulder to hold the phone and the screen CRACKED! I went straight there and they replaced it for free.
They told me that when the screen was replaced initially, their was damage to the frame and needed to be straightened out in order to avoid having the screen fall out… I think considering they did all of the repairs to the phone, this should have been addressed the first time and avoided me having to pay to have the screen replaced 2 more times!

Poor customer relations!
Went here with my 10 year daughter while visiting friends in the area because she cracked her iPhone screen. I’m a sucker for an immediate cure when my little girl has a sad face… so I looked this place up and they said that they would have the phone fixed in about an hour so we went for a stroll through the shopping centers in the area and grabbed a cookie at the deli that was nearby.
We arrived back in the rain and went inside the store. Now anyone with little kids knows that they will tell you that they have to use the bathroom at almost anytime and any place. Such was the case here.
My daughter asked politely to use a restroom and we were told «NO» it was for employees only, and that she should go to a restaurant halfway down the plaza or the Starbucks even further away. It was pouring rain by now. We asked again if they could make an exception. Again we were turned down. As I was paying my bill, my daughter decided she couldn’t wait any longer and runs out the door and down the plaza to try to find a restroom. I was still stuck at the register with the cashier taking his time, and had no idea where my daughter went! After finally finishing paying, I scolded the cashier for being so insensitive and he never even apologized!
They did fix my phone screen, but they really need to fix their own customer relations policies.

Brought a iPhone 5 with a cracked glass screen, was fixed in about an hour with a 90 day warranty. Price was fair compared to other places. Will use them again.

Called them at 4:30pm on a Monday to fix my iPhone 4S cracked front glass… Was there by 4:45 and out by 5:20 phone all fixed for $ 80 !!! Great fast service!!!

Shattered my iPod glass, they fixed it in 30 minutes. Cost $ 100. A little steep but it’s better than the alternative of buying a new iPod.
