Margot was a dream come true! She made me very personalized wedding invitations that looked gorgeous and classy! She was so accommodating and patient with me. I’m so happy I found her! I went to so many stores looking for invitations but everything seemed so complicated until Margot! She knew exactly what needed to be done and made it happen!

My fiancée choose to go with plain invitations and RSVP’s from an online vendor. Thank God I found Wrapped in a Box and Margot. They truly saved my wedding invitations/​RSVP cards from being too simple. I was able to bring in our plain invitations and she was to transform them to beautiful masterpieces. We now have invitations that we can be proud to send. Margot was truly a pleasure to work with and was with us every step of the way. The turnaround time was amazingly quick and the final product was simply gorgeous. Margot and her staff kept us informed throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of. She even separated our out of town invitations from our in-​town ones to make the mailing process simple. I would highly recommend Wrapped in a Box for anyone and for any occasion. Thanks so much!

I called ahead of time before putting my infant in the car and driving here to see if they sold gifts or if they were just a place that does invitations. The lady on the phone told me pretty firmly that «oh yea I have many gifts here for women» after I said I was looking to buy 3 Mother’s Day gifts. I go to this store and walk in and see that CLEARLY they are an invitation store and as far as her «many» gifts go she carries a small assortment of lotions and soaps. I do not appreciate being deceived into coming into this store for the sake of her making a sale. Not only did she not get any of my money now she is also getting a negative review. Rather than telling me that she has «Many» gifts for women she should’ve been more realistic with me and said she has some lotions and soaps and when I told her that she said I should’ve looked online and I would’ve seen that they are an invitation store and carry «some» gifts. Oh really? I thought the verbal communication I attempted to make with you would be sufficient and at least not the opposite of the real items for sale. Ugh…

I wish I could’ve had a better experience with Margot. I’ve reached out to her many times and gave her multiple chances but I felt very disappointed every single time. The first try was when I walked in to her store on a Thursday but she had a meeting, so she took down my phone number and name for a 2pm appointment the next day. When I came in for the appointment, I was told by (I assume) her assistant that she wasn’t in since she was scheduled to arrange a wedding that day. I left thinking that there must’ve been a miscommunication regarding the appointment and gave her a call immediately and left her a message. Monday came, no phone call, no apology and no response. I went in again a couple of days later and the same assistant said that she had let to take her child to the dentist. I went to the the spa three doors down for an appointment and spoke to the owner of my experience. I got a call from Margot the next day apologizing assuming that the owner spoke to her regarding our conversation which I appreciated. She said that she had been in an emergency which I understood. I called her back a couple of days later and spoke to her for a possible arrangement for my wedding. She promised to email me the necessary info the next day and I thought after the phone call that she didn’t get my email address to send the info. I called her the next day to tell her that she didn’t ask for my email and gave it her. The week went by and still no response from her. At this point, I really think that she either doesn’t care much about my business or she is just plain unorganized which leads me to believe that if she’s already showing these attitudes without even hiring her it would’ve been a major disaster if I did. I’m kind of relieved that I didn’t end up working with her.
