Executive Limousine of Long Island

I have used this company for about 5 years, about 5 times a year. I will not use them anymore. most of the drivers were very polite and kind. They are not a problem at all, the office staff is the issue. When I did have a problem with their service the staff did everything not to help me. I kept calling over the time of a few weeks to speak directly to the owner. Not once did the owner return my calls, and the staff found great joy in telling me different stories all in one day of where he was, one even as she was transferring me to yet another employee started laughing as if this was a joke. My five times a year might not seem like much to them, but the people who I did recommend their services to did receive a phone call with the name of another limo service that I just used two weeks ago. I did get my issue resolved with them after I called my credit card company.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

I’ve been using Executive Limo for my private car service needs since 2004 and have started to research alternative private car services. This includes but isn’t limited to, driving my own ass to the airport and charging back the mileage to my company. The shenanigans have started to add-​up more than I want to or can handle throughout the years. It’s too bad because some of their drivers are actually awesome thus me giving the company 3 Unilocal and not 1. They also tend to send me 6 – 10 passenger limos just for myself (even though I’ve booked a town car), due to the sole fact that I use them so often and they treat me as some more important dude than the rest.
Unfortunately, there’s just way too many times of miscommunication about which Terminal I’m arriving at, curb side pickups vs in the terminal pickups etc.
I’m done. Next.
