Great service, passing through town and needed an oil change, was immediately fit in and it was reasonably price. Definitely would come back.

Making an appointment was very easy and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule.
I went in for an inspection and emissions test and ended up have to replace my back brakes. Paul was very helpful and discounted the services so I was able to afford both tires, rather than just one. I will always come back to Mr. Tire! They truly care about the customer and not just the money.

So Melinda from Travelers (Mr.Tires Insurance Company) and they’re saying because I was disposing of oil cans for my cousin and they were in my trunk that I was the one who ruined my car.
Makes sense you know I love the hassle of
Not having a car
Loosing out on hours/​days at work
Trying to scrap up the money to get it fixed (while I was going to be waiting for the insurance check)
Of course I would put 10.5 qts of oil in my own car, ruin my own clutch, flywheel, ect.
Mr.Tire, be prepared for a headache, I’m not going anywhere.
(Pun totally intended seeing as how I can’t go anywhere because NOW I DON’T HAVE A CAR)

Called customer service because frankly an old oil can has nothing to do with the oil in my car.
And to try and talk to customer service to figure out the next course of action?! LOL they’ll refuse to transfer you, and then hang up on you mid sentence.

They were not able to help me the day I came in, but were very open and did everything they could to be accommodating. I will definitely give them another try we the need arises.

I came unannounced at 730am on a Wednesday for 1x tire replacement and 4x tire rotation. John sped me to the front that morning and had me out the door in under an hour. Perfect.

My daughter (22 yrs old) took her Cobalt here to diagnose an engine noise. She was told that it was her oil pump, and that repairs would be somewhere around $ 900. Labor rate of $ 129!!! She was also quoted a price of $ 6000 to replace motor if needed??? After talking to me, we decided that we would take the car to my TRUSTED mechanic. When we picked up the car, my mechanic checked, there was NO oil in the car! While that is obviously my daughter’s fault, WHY wasn’t that checked first??? 4 quarts later, car is running and sounding fine. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!
