Horrible customer service to our veterans. My husband has been to this location twice, the first time they made him wait around for a good hour before telling him the sample he needed to do had to be done from home. They recommended an appointment but he’s active duty in the military and can only do the morning times, which they ironically never have appointments available for when I log in online. Today he needs to drop off a sample that he did at home and yet they make him wait around and don’t help accommodate him, he just decided to leave again. I guess Quest doesn’t value it’s veterans, he has a job to do and you guys can’t just take his sample and be done with it? It’s disappointing but no wonder why people don’t like this company. I’ll be calling his doctor to see if we can use another company to get his sample that will be more understanding of his time.
