They arbitrarily make up prices here… I took the exact same men’s band in on separate days — both offers were horrible; the first time in went in I was offered 150.00 for the ring –approximately 4 days later I was offered 80.00. Sell at another jeweler, sell it yourself online, or go to a pawn shop and you’ll be better off.

Platinum Jewelers is a great jewelry store. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest. My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding ring here. He also buys special occasion (anniversary, birthday etc) jewelry. It is the only jeweler we use because we trust them.
I took a picture of the engagement ring I wanted to Chris (the owner) and he picked out my diamond in China then used the exact setting. The price was almost ½ less than the mall jewelry store where I originally saw the ring. They clean it and inspect it whenever you drop by for no additional charges.
They also offer the best price in town for gold. I researched several places and came right back here when I sold some older gold pieces.
