We got our car detailed here last week. It was on time and the outcome was great. The car looks brand new.

Attention to detail has really dropped.
Originally I gave this place a 4 star rating but based on the last two trips, I’m going to have to reduce that to two stars. Reason for that is the lack of attention to details and poor quality work.
Last time. I made the young man who worked on my car to back in and clean the inside of the rear window and some work on the side window, passenger as well.
This time I was in a bit of a hurry so I did not inspect the car before he walked away. Side mirrors, particular drivers side was untouched and still cover with water spots. Around the edge of the windows and the end of the windshield, there was a layer of dirt that I could literally write my name in if I tried. Floor mats were still dirty so I cleaned them myself when I got home.
Used to be a first class operation but it’s really gone downhill and even my wife who frequents ladies day, is thinking of going elsewhere.
Can not recommend for anything other than an exterior wash.

The people here are fast and courteous. You drive up and they run your car through the wash, vacuum, wipe it down and clean the windows! My car was a gleaming beauty when I left and I didnt lift a finger. It doesnt get much better than that.

Horrible service, car was not vacuumed or wiped down correctly. Windows were streaked. When paying the attendant asked how much cash we wanted back so we could leave a tip. My daughter left him ten dollars, I would have given him two.

Not even good enough for one star, really! I have had a total of three cars on their monthly, very quickly went to one then zero. I replaced the ladies car with brand new rims and tires — the day I took it to Carolina Auto Spa one rim was scratched while I was checking it out. Informed manager right then and there. We’ll hold on, the so called manager, I own a diesel mechanic company and this manager will not last a day with me as the owner. I was informed by the «manager «that there machine can not scratch a rim. That’s it??? Yep that was it I asked for higher up to contact me. Well no one contacted, I then cancelled monthly. Well that brings us to today. I’ve obviously been through a car wash before, well today I was spoke to as I haven’t. So after coming back to Carolina, their 2^nd chance, after waiting 45 mins for a simple wash I was informed I must of left my sunroof open. Yep «I» left my sunroof open! I check my windows and sunroof every time also put stuff in its correct place before letting someone clean my vehicles. Needless to say «manager» informed me, as if I’m blind, that they have signs for this kind of stuff. Well no way !!! Wouldn’t think of that! So I cancelled my monthly within two weeks AGAIN! Asked for owner to reach out to me, let’s see if this happens! If you care about your vehicle and like to have the monthly service of a car wash learn from me and stay with AUTO BELL even if carolina auto spa is convenient to your home!

I was there a week ago got wash and wax. They don’t detail the inside and the wax job was ok. Will not go back.

The works is pretty much the same as express. Either way, they leave the interior with crumbs, door jambs dirty, and also say you need to «specify» if you want a car seat vacuumed. They say, «just tell us and we will fix it» but who wants to stand there and specify every little thing they miss? I don’t, so I’ll just go to autobell.

This place always does a great job on the inside and outside of my car. I know they’re thorough because they always find things I’ve lost in between or under my car seats (hairbands, pens, etc.) Prices are reasonable and I’ve never had to wait too terribly long for a service. They have a coffee and snack bar inside the waiting area which I think is a nice touch. Everyone that works there seems pretty nice too. I highly recommend!

Not worth the money.
Purchased the «Works» but I had to do the work. At first glance, my vehicle looked okay so I left but when I got home I noticed they left the mats out, did not vacuum, cleaned half of the wheels and the front grill. And the windows were streaked!
I even gave a tip. :(
Had to redo the entire vehicle.
What a mistake! Won’t happen to me again.
