Established in 2004.

It was working with one of her longest and most popular customers Dale Earnhardt Jr. that gave Carol the idea of Right Hand Inc. With most of her customers working in the NASCAR industry they travel 3 – 4 days a week, leaving them little time for laundry, grocery shopping and of course house cleaning.

It is Carol’s commitment to customer service and with her clientele also her dependability and trustworthiness that has grown RHI so quickly. Carol knew that finding employees would be her biggest challenge but she has been very fortunate to find ones that care just as much as her. One promise she made to herself and her customers is that she would never give up the quality of her work for the quantity.

We have used Right Hand Inc. to clean our home for 6 years. Carol, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. The staff does a great job and is incredibly trustworthy. They are all trained to the same standards so if a different person is scheduled to clean your home, the results are the same. I’m pretty picky too. Over the years, I’ve used several different cleaning services. Right Hand Inc is by far the best!

We’ve used Right Hand Inc to clean multiple residences, as well as one-​off realty listings for over a year. The quality and professionalism of the staff is second to none, and just as importantly, they are very trustworthy. I never give a second thought to them being alone in my home — something I cannot say about most cleaning services I’ve used in the past.
Carol, the owner, is great — she’s extremely accommodating to changing schedules or fitting those one-​offs in. She also offers referral credits, so you know she appreciates her customers, which is rare these days. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my cleaning needs!

Carol Holm is the owner of this business and she follows through on everything. We hired her to have a «Spring Cleaning» done at our home. She came out and gave us an estimate and 2 days later had one of her employees cleaning our home. The lady doing the cleaning did a wonderful job and was very professional. I have contacted Carol about having her clean on a regular basis. Her price is also very reasonable.
