Mr Best Drive Thru Cleaners

All my nice expensive clothing is brought here. Iv had bad experience with other cleaners not being able to take those thought spots off or attempt to spot them. If you want to look good and not worry about your clothes getting damaged this is the location to go.

BE WARY! This is the second time I’ve been here and the bill comes back way more than expected. Check your ticket upon dropping off clothes. They do not mark down what’s requested and then change the order and charge more. I was told it’s because «it speeds things up during drop-​off».
I dropped off four shirts to be laundered at $ 3 apiece. Came to pick them up and three shirts were changed to be dry cleaned with no record and they were charging $ 21 and said they couldn’t change the price. Nor would they give me my shirts until I talk to a manager. Now I have to return based around their schedule to sort things out. That prime location of theirs comes at a price apparently.

The BEST dry cleaners hands down! Spilled WHITE OUT all over a beige suit — jacket and pants… They are the only dry cleaner who could do this job… the suit looked brand new! I live 20 miles away and still come here! If you want the best quality service, come here! you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful service and can get you’re clothes to you very quick in a pinch. They are great at finding small stains and pitching unnoticed holes.

Mr. Best does miracles with our clothing! Their prices are much more reasonable than the dry cleaners in Newport Coast by our house, so we drive a couple of miles away to bring our stuff here. Plus, they have drive-​through service. Can’t beat that!

This place is great. Obviously the drive-​thru convenience factor plays a big role in the 5 stars, but the employees are awesome and the quality of work is top notch. My items are always ready for pick up on time, if not early. I brought in a very expensive dress that had deep stains down the folds of the dress and they were able to get it out no problem (without damaging the material). Have brought in some other items for sew work and have not been disappointed. Overall, a good place to bring your dry cleaning items to.

I love Mr. Best dry cleaners. They do a terrific job with all of our dry cleaning (and we have a lot!). It is always ready on time and can be ready in 24 hours if you have a rush. They even sew on buttons if they are missing. I have been going here for several years and have always had cheerful, friendly and professional service.

After some not-​so-​great experience with dry-​cleaners by my house, I thought, why not try one next to my work? I walk by this one every day, so convenience was key (especially because I am usually horrible at remember to pick up my garments!!!). Everything from my first interaction to picking up my stuff wasn’t great.
Yes, it’s a drive-​thru. You drive up and there’s a little hose you run over and it ding-​dings them. So I waited several minutes for someone to come out and I mentioned that I was a new customer. He wrote down my phone number and I said «I have 3 shirts and two pairs of pants.» He gives me my pick-​up ticket and it said FOUR garments. I was like no dude, I said 5. He said it’s okay, he meant to write 5. So, I leave, already fretting that I’m going to be missing something upon pick-​up.
A few days later I got to pick up my stuff and luckily all 5 garments were there. The whole drive-​thru thing didn’t really help since I have a 2-​door car… I guess she usually puts your stuff on your backseat/​hook for ya. That was lost on me… anyway…
The grand total for 5 garments? $ 35!!! $ 7 each?! REALLY?! That is literally more than I paid for some of the stuff (the dress shirts I got at Ross for $ 5.99!!!)
On top of feeling like I was totally ripped off, I noticed that my seams weren’t pressed properly on my pants… they were about ½″ off the seam, which is super annoying.
I will not be back!

This is the most efficient dry cleaning service I have been to. The people are very nice and accommodating. They don’t even let you step out of your ar for a second. I’ve had some tough stains removed over here.

A little pricey, but you’re paying for the convenience of being able to DRIVE THRU! I think it’s totally worth it when you just don’t feel like getting out of your car or having to worry about parking. I’ve also never had to wait behind anyone else when I’ve gone so I’m in and out really fast… this is probably the fastest errand you can run!
I’ve only dropped off a few items there, but they seem to do good quality work and have a fairly fast turnaround (2 days). I would probably find a cheaper place if I had a huge load of dry cleaning to drop-​off, but I’ll definitely keep going there whenever I only have a couple items that need to be dry cleaned.

My wife and I just moved into the area. We went to this cleaners. One pair of her pants had tabs on the belt. When we got it back it had tin foil on one end and it was shredded on the other.
My wife was upset. When I asked the owner about it she said that her employee said,“that’s how they were when they came in”. Interesting that her employee had a perfect memory and my wife is a liar. And the cost was extremely expensive.

The BEST… I travel a ton for work and frequently have stains that sit for days before being cleaned. Mr Best gets the stains out and deliver your clothes clean and fresh (no icky dry cleaner fluid smell).
Had a mishap at a client dinner at a wine bar… The waitress spilled an entire glass of red wine on designer white cotton pants (see photo). Needless to say they were expensive, a fav, and sat with red wine and whatever the waitress tried to clean it with (turned the stain green) for days in a hot car as I finished seeing clients in the central coast. Dropped it off at Mr. Best and they GOT THE STAIN OUT! The white pants are perfect… Happy!
Trust them with your expensive pieces, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely the best service! I moved from Newport and still go back to Mr. Best Cleaners. I’ve never had better service. Always a smiling face and my clothes are the cleanest. Thanks to my cleaners!

The employees and service are great i wounld’t go anywhere different.

If you lose your laundry ticket you are sunk here. I gave them my number and they could not find it… When I finally found my ticket the number on the ticket was the same as I gave them and I had to repeat it several times– and they still could not find it. It’s a local number to boot!
If you like having to make a second trip back after finding a ticket– or if you are the type that NEVER loses a ticket… great… go with them.
But if you on occasion can not find your ticket… the old saying (before computers). of «no tickee no laundree» applies.
Retrieving your clothes is even more important than cleaning them… I suggest using another cleaner as they are abundant around here.

Absolutly the best in town and I’ve used them all. Friendly and very good service. I have been using them for years and now won’t go anywhere else.
