Alpha Computers

Great and honest service. my husband bought a computer their for a great deal this past December. Mickie is easy to work with. He has also took care of other past problems for him.
I recommend Alpha over the other places out here.

Excellent repair and customer service! I have been using Alpha Computer for 10 years. Micky is excellent at repair and offers excellent customer service as well. I would highly recommend Alpha. His rates are very reasonable and fast turn around on repair a well. He repairs and installs our home and office computers as well. Honest and reliable service!

I received a warning on my computer that the hard drive was about to fail and that I better back it up and replace it immediately. It was sort of a «Go Directly to jail; Don’t Go Pass Go» type of message where you know you better follow the warning message. I finally broke down and decided to take my desktop computer to a local repair shop since computers are becoming like automobiles — too complex to work on by yourself and with too many unknowns.
I took it to Alpha Computers and Mickey replaced the drive and cloned everything over I also had him replace the DVD drive and check the fan since it was rattling. He had the computer ready the next day as promised. He cleaned out the dust and oiled the fan rather than replacing it. He had the computer set up to show me that the new drive was installed and the available space available. He also provided the old drives without me asking for it.
He charged a very reasonable price for his labor and the replacement drives. I definitely got my money’s worth for the service. I remember taking my son’s computer to Best Buy with a similar problem and they took over three days to repair and the cost was substantially more.
I will definitely go back to Alpha Computer s for future repairs or possibly for a replacement when it comes to that time since he also builds computers.

I shopped around for a Fan replacement for my laptop (Satellite TOSHIBA Core i7 laptop) and found it very cheap… but very hard to replace. He was able to have the part on hand and install it within a few hours. I am very satisfied with the service.

I just moved to Corona from Irvine and had no idea where to take my computer for simple repairs. My computer had over 100 viruses on it and needed to be cleaned. I tried this place and am happy I did. The man who helped me was really nice and honest, surprisingly, he even matched the price I was going to pay at the shop up the street (they were closed for lunch).
He cleaned my computer, put a temporary free anti-​virus on it, and even told me about the free anti-​virus offer from my cable/​internet provider. It took one day, which was fine, and called me when it was ready. Great service, I will be back and would recommend!

I went cause my computer was givin me a motherboard error. The gentlemen here was able to fix it and basically saved me 400 bucks by not having to purchase a new computer. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I didn’t think the dude was very nice but he definitely knows his stuff!

This is my first ever review on Unilocal.I visited this repair shop last week after my computer would not boot up after an SCE scheduled power outage. This nice young man (Mickey?) tested my computer while I waited and confirmed that the power supply had blown out. He fixed it for me right away while I waited. He was kind and caring. I will be back!!!

Yes, I own a computer. No, I do not know how to fix it. I’ve always heard great things about this place. It’s worthy of my laptop!

Great place to take your ‘puter if it ever starts acting up!
My desktop had a host of issues (slow loading pages, couldn’t load Acrobat and open up Word)
One of the tech’s (Micky) diagnosed that it has a virus, along with a bunch of corruputed files and was able to fix my computer so that it was working smoothly.

Not a bad place. I needed a power supply for a legacy machine. From the outside this looked like a build your own PC type of shop, so I figured they would have what I need. These small shops tend to be less expensive than going to a Staples or Office Depot for replacement PC parts.
The gentleman that helped me was cool. He offered to install the part for me free of charge. I did decline since it would not really take long for me to do it myself. It was nice of him to offer though.
