ATM business info states the following: «Brian believes that there should be a better level of standard in the industry.» Brian comes off being a nice and professional individual.
Last year, Brian installed new Daiken AC units for our business. After installation, we had continuous problems… the same problems. He came back out a few times to trouble-​shoot the problems… couldn’t fix it. Weeks later… silence…not further contact. We’ve tried calling, text messaging, as well as emailing. We are now under great stress.
Brian, we have tried reaching out to you numerous times regarding the installed Daiken AC units. Your failure to professionally handle improper installation of the units has caused us much grief, disappointments, and frustrations. Your negligence have damaged our property and caused plenty of stress in dealing with hot weather and overheating of photographic equipments.
It has now been more than 6 months since you have made any efforts to contact us in regards to repairing the AC units you have installed for our studio. Again, we have tried numerous times to contact you, but you have chosen to ignore us and not to honor your contract or workmanship. Please contact me or Jocelyn ASAP to resolve the issues described.
Since we have not heard back from you for more than 6 months, we will seek legal actions against you to recover our loses, plus legal fees, based on, but not limited to, breach of contract, negligence, fraud, construction defects, and/​or abandonment of work after getting full payments. Additionally, we will sue you for lose of business and/​or damages to photographic equipments due improper installation of the AC units and property damages.
You will be solely responsible for all legal actions relating to the issues described above and any other issues arising from your defective construction and deficient installation of Daiken products. Again, this is urgent, so please contact us immediately.
For those who care about your property and well being, please be cautious. We had three other major AC companies come out and evaluate the Brian’s installations. The findings were consistent among all three. The units were not installed properly and were not to manufacturers specifications. We were assured by Mr. Brian that the units were indeed installed correctly and to manufacturers recommendations (we definitely got hustled).
You’re business practice will not be tolerated.

Just wanted to say thank you Brian for fixing my AC this morning. It is so refreshing to come across a gentleman that is so hard working and honest! I thought I needed a whole new compressor unit which would cost thousands. Brian trouble shot the system and found a bad capacitor. MUCH cheaper to replace!!! I will definitely call him again if ever I have AC needs in the future. Best of luck with your business Brian!!!

Very pleased with their service! Monday my tenant informed me the AC wasn’t working. I searched Unilocal in Corona for AC repair, left messages for two Companies. I figured I’d try a third one while I waited to get a call back from the others, so I called ATM Air and Brian answered right away. I explained the situation, he said either he or his tech would be out there the next morning. Next morning Brian was at my property, found the problem, contacted me to inform why AC wasn’t working & to get the okay to do the work. In about 30 minutes Brian had the AC up & running again, and for a very reasonable price! My tenant was happy and so was I! I will definitely use this company again!!!

Called after hours and Brian answered i explained my ac issue and he said he would be out the next day. Showed up on time and he did a great job. Even took the time to fix up an electrical issue with my sprinkler system on his own.
This guy was great and would use again and highly reccomend in future.

Outstanding service! I called Brian on the Sunday after Christmas when one of my rental properties had a broken thermostat. He was able to get to my rental property that same day within a few hours. He not only changed the thermostat but went up into the attic to make sure everything else was working properly. Amazing service! My tenants really liked his thoroughness and I loved the quality of the work he provided. I would highly recommend him and will use him again.

We found Brian with ATM heating and air and thankful that we did. Owning a restaurant business thats open 24 hours is stessful enough and having constant refrigeration, AC, and heating problems is unavoidable. The owner and technician Brian is a great guy with excellent communication and knowledgeable in the trade.
He has done multiple repairs for us and always communicates what the issue is and best possible repairs without being pushy. He gives you options which is rare in AC repairs and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable while doing so.
