I give this place no stars. I ordered a cake and asked for two colors and even pointed to the colors I saw on a cake in the refrigerator. The girl taking the order said they would be able to make the cake in those colors with no problem and when I saw the cake instead of dark blue I got light blue. The manager said I got what I ordered and believed his employees instead of me. I thought the customer was always right I would rather drive further away to another Baskin Robbins than go there horrible service!

They have 44 flavors and are very friendly. I just saw Mom’s Makin’ Cookies in the Pre-​Packed quarts too. Get them while you can! They have awesome cakes too! They truly are works of art.

Friendly environment. I love nutty coconut and Jamoca what they have all year round. They’re cakes are half icecream and half cake so you get best of both worlds and you can bring to them any design besides the ones in their books and they can make it for you.

We ordered a cake last night making sure 3 times the spelling for the birthday with correct my daughter’s name. We spelled it Sofia not Sophia. Today when we went to pick it up of course it is spelled incorrectly and they think by scraping off two letters and replacing it with one is going to fix it. We spent 60 on this cake is for him to just smear off some letters is ridiculous. I will be calling the manager later on today.

We usually get very attentive and friendly staff here. Love the ice cream and ice cream cakes. The only complaint I have is the inconsistent availability of Strawberry Cheesecake flavor which is my personal fave.

I could spend a lot of time complaining about their shortcomings, but why bother?
I love a couple of flavors, will continue to love them, and so will always be a customer. They are not skimpy with the almonds for Jamoca Almond Fudge, my first and foremost favorite flavor. And the Baseball Nut is always a great seasonal treat.
They fit into my lifestyle just as well as the gourmet ice cream shops and the Thrifty ice cream. I am not ashamed. I love them all. I love ice cream.

Baskin-​Robbins kind of fell off of my radar when they discontinued my favorite flavor; Heath Bar Crunch and Turtle Cheesecake. On this particular day I walked in with my hubbs and seen a new flavor, which was Red Velvet Cake. Usually I am very skeptical of Red Velvet Cake flavored ice cream or frozen yogurt for that matter, but I gave it a whirl and so happy I did.
This ice cream is the best Red Velvet Cake attempt anyone has tried. Its so creamy and it even has buttercream or creamcheese frosting ribbons in it. At first it tastes like cake batter, then you realize the tang of buttermilk taste from a real Red Velvet Cake. This is a most try for you Red Velvet Cake lovers.

Great customer service! I came here to buy an ice cream cake for my brother. I wasn’t a fan of the price but the taste and customer service will make me come back. The person attending the store treated me like I was the only customer at the store. He made great conversation of how my brother was going to like his cake. He also wrote on the cake with icing for free.

I would give it a Zero if I could. So most if not all Baskin Robbins are franchised. The problem is Franchise or not you should get a uniform experience from any location. This is not the case with this location, They never have ice cream cones. I asked one of the employees about why they are always out of cones and they told me the manager refuses to order them because it is cheaper to give everyone a cup! What is the deal with that it’s ice cream !! When you order ice cream you should have the option of getting it in a cone. The manager is just rude never smiles doesn’t care about customers. If you want ice cream find another location… This place should have it’s franchise license taken away.

Good ice cream and I really like the new cake designs. However, it’s not cool that they open so late on Sundays. The girls there told me they typically don’t open until noon or 1 pm on Sundays, even though the sign states that they are open 10:30 am daily.

Place was fine but the girl working there need to learn some people skills. One girl was more interested in talking to her boyfriend who was sitting there than help me. Then all the questions I had she was very short, and unfriendly. Unfortunate.
The other girl was cleaning/​closing the place.
With unemployment how it is, these kind of people need to work for there money instead of waste oppurtunity.
