First off, I know it’s Father’s Day, so I expect longer wait times. Does anyone know how restaurants establish wait times? Don’t tell me 20 minutes if it’s 40, I appreciate honesty. If your food and service is good, I’ll wait. Second, if you make a mistake, own up to it. Don’t blame a coworker because you did not communicate what you meant for them to say. If you screw up, apologize, I can forgive mistakes but I have a hard time forgiving those that don’t accept responsibility. Customer service is what will get me to spend $ 50 dollars of my hard earned money. What is sad is that I did not get a chance to sample your food. If it’s anything like your customer service it is bland and not favorable. What is also sad, I will never get a chance to taste it because I have no desire to experience it now. Brandon’s diner, if your staff does not remember who I am, ask them about the 5 gentlemen that came in at 10:30AM and left at 11:10 on Father’s Day.

Came in early to have breakfast before a long cycling ride and although the place was rather small it did me fine. The waitress was very pleasant; waited on us right away. She brought our beverages afew minutes later and made some suggestions from the menu. I had ham and eggs which were cooked to perfection. My friend had the blueberry french toast, which I’m sure he enjoyed because I heard no complaints coming from across the table. You also get two sides to choose from and the choices were many. I chose the fruit cup and the bran muffin. The fruit was fresh and the muffin tasted like it was baked just minutes before I arrived. All in all; I look forward in going for another bike ride so I can definitely stop in for another great breakfast.

Get spot to stop at before heading into Riverside. Nice little diner, great service, good food. Wouldn’t come out of my way to go here, but if I’m in the area I wouldn’t think twice about stopping here. Has everything from breakfast food to burgers and some pretty awesome mexican.

I can’t believe we even ate here. Food was hardly edible and service was poor. Felt like we were putting out waiter every time she came around. My wife thought being rude was part of the stick, like dicks last resort. We will not be returning. This place needs to be closed.

Food portions were good sized but food tastes like cardboard, and when i walked in it smelled like sewer. I would not recommend anybody to eat here because of the food but the servers were kind and friendly.

I cannot begin to describe the amount of frusteration I am in. It is hard enough to find a place that is open 24/7, and for this place to advertise on Unilocal that they are indeed open«right now» is a complete lie and enraging. My girlfriend and I have odd schedules so it was awesome when we saw that this place we had never tried before was open right now, until we drove 8 miles the opposite direction home to stop and grab a bite to eat come to find out they are not in fact open. I cant really rate this business on food or Customer service but I can definitely tell you that they lost a potential customer. I wish I couldve known they were closed at least, so I didnt waste the time coming over here in the middle of the night to find out they are closed. Honestly have nothing else to say besides that I cannot begin to express into words how dissapointed I am at this. You would think a professional establishment would at least have their hours updated.

This place turned out to be good! I had the chorizo plate. It was a good size serving. I didn’t finish it. They do have a full service bar which I will try the next time around. I will comeback again. Definite go if your going craving diner food.

For the food I’m really thinking 2 stars. We did have good service though, for that I’m giving 3. Stopped on the way out of town to let the traffic clear out a bit. I had a Veggie Wrap. It was ok but lacked any real flavor. I had a quick look at the salad bar but passed on it. Everything just looked a little tired. They breakfast all day which is nice. My partner had an Egg Enchilada plate that looked good. I tasted a little. Again, just kinda average. No real flavor to any of it. Enchilada sauce seemed straight from a can. Not the worst ever but I won’t be back.

Can’t say much about the food. Friendly greeting, «Hi come on in!» Sat down. Waited. 5 minutes. 7 minutes. 10 minutes. Late afternoon, about 5 customers in the restaurant. The animated conversations at the cash register, were apparently too important to say anything to me. A simple«Fuck You, we don’t want your business» would have been fine. No problem, and I will go far and wide to let anyone that will listen that THISPLACEHASTHEWORSTSERVCEINTHEHISTORYOFTHEWORLD

Love love love this place. I’ve been going to Brandon’s Diner ever since I was a little kid at the upland location and still to this day haven’t found anywhere else that tops their chicken strips. I know that seems simple but I am a picky chicken strip eater. Lol. So happy they opened this location in corona. Cece & Jayme are amazing and make everyone feel at home. Always smiling and happy to help. If you come in ask for one of them. Promise you won’t be disappointed.

I was on my way back to L.A. from a meeting, and hopped off the freeway to grab a a power bar from a gas station, when I saw Brandon’s Diner in the same parking lot. I was starving, so I decided to go for it. The waitresses are very personable, and the service was excellent. Also, the restaurant is clean and comfortable. The place is like a family owned Denny’s style Mexican concept, and when looked this place up online, I saw that they have 7 locations in the inland empire. On the server’s recommendation I started with a Mexican Meatball Soup. I believe it is called Albondigas. She told me that it was a homemade traditional Mexican soup. It really hit the spot for me. The taste was good and the meatballs were generous. I would recommend it. For my entrée, I went with a Carnitas plate. This was pretty good as well. Fried Carnitas served with rice, refried beans, and pico de gallo. Then for desert I ordered this interesting berry cake and took it to go, because I was so full from my meal. I would like to tell you how it tasted, but my wife ate it… LOL I can say that it looked good. Overall…this place is good for reasonable priced Mexican style diner food. I am in that area every couple months for meetings and can definitely see myself coming back here for a quick meal before the long drive home.
