Stopped by here right after work because my buddy was having problems with his Sprint phone. While they were replacing it, I was talking to one of the guys there, Jeff, and mentioned that I was having problems with my Android. My T-​mobile Android.
These guys are a Sprint store, but Jeff asked to look at my phone, and said he’d seen similar problems in some of their Droids that had an update installed incorrectly.
He and another guy Carl, guy talked about it for a minute, and offered to back it up and reload it. While we went to grab something to eat, they fixed my phone. Fixed it so it hasn’t been a problem since.
And didn’t even charge me for it. I bought them a burger. Good guys. I’m seriously thinking about going to Sprint when my contract expires, so I can give these guys my business.
Would have been five stars if they sold T-​mobile. :)
