Corona Advanced Imaging Center

I have been there in the past and didn’t really have a bad experience. This pregnancy I have been there twice and both times have been horrible experiences where I ended up in tears!
First visit: 1 hour prior to appointment you are supposed to drink 32 oz water. I got there in plenty of time for my appointment but they did not end up seeing me until TWO HOURS after my scheduled appointment time. Keep in mind that is THREE hours for a pregnant woman to be holding 32 oz of water. I know for a fact that they let a grumpy woman who was causing a scene in ahead of me when she got there an hour AFTER me.
Second visit: I drank my water one hour prior and got there in plenty of time. They then told me that my appointment had been cancelled and they gave it to someone else. They said they could not see me and never admitted to their error. I know we did not cancel that appointment. My husband got the day off of work so he could be there and we got a babysitter for our two children. I will be doing all i can to make sure I never go back their again.

I cant say enough about the staff. They were very friendly, considerate and helpful. If I could give two ratings I’d give the staff 5 stars. The facility however could use some cleaning up. The equipment was fine and was sanitized and clean but the floors, walls and doors were dirty and needed a good scrubbing. The radiologist was very kind and if they can get things tidied up in there in the maintenance department they’ll have a better rating in my opinion.

My mom and me walk in to there, after fill out paper, the nice guy tell us need waiting, from12:50pm-2:20 pm we are wait about two and half hour, I go to reception area ask how long I still need wait, they tell me another half hour to one, OMG, I’m so tired, if the situation is not an emergency, call for an appointment before you visit

I had to have a very sensitive exam done and was nervous, the PA Susan and Radiology tech Jen were beyond amazing and professional. Susan talked me through the procedure, both were very comforting and continued to check in with me throughout the exam. I would highly recommend Susan and Jen if you need to have an HSG not only are they informative but kind.

We actually tried to change to another location after reading the reviews but needed to get the test done. My husband’s appointment was for 9:30 and he was asked to come at 9 am to fill out paperwork. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and as far as waiting time my husband was called in at 9:35. He said the staff that helped him were very professional. I don’t usually write a review but felt that this office deserved to have another experience told.

Went to get an xray of my right knee. Xrays are done on a walk-​in basis, no appointments needed, so come early. I got here at 8am, and was called after 10 minutes of waiting (not bad). Overall I was in and out of this place in 20 minutes for my xray.

I called and got an appointment the same day, they have late evening appointments. The lady who did my ultra sound this time was so sweet and really put me at ease. I understand this is a busy office and I think they’ve improved.

They must be doing pretty badly. We just got a bill after a year. My husband paid for the service up front and on his credit card. So when I called the billing office they told me my payment must have gotten lost. I told the employee that no it did not because I was looking at my bank statement as we spoke. She than told me to disregard the bill. Yeah, that’s what I thought. Aside from providing lousy service they also are thieves. Moral of the story is that if you have to use their services pay with a credit card not cash.

0 stars. This place is the worst. The staff over books this place, they make you wait hours, we waited almost 3 hours for a 20 minute MRI. DONT GO. the place is dirty and the staff has no clue. A huge waste of time.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional office that I have ever had to deal with. The girls in the office have no clue what they are doing and will pass you off from one person to the next. I needed an emergency MRI of the brain. They kept telling me they did not have authorization. My insurance called them directly to prove that they had approved it because I had called them and chewed them out believing what Corona Advanced had said. Come to find out the insurance rep was on the phone with them and spoke to (3) persons before finally being assured it would be handled. Now it has been (6) days since the MRI was scheduled and I still have not heard from them. The Manager was not available to speak to me either. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Thus place doesn’t deserve 1 star… my appointment was at 1… it’s after 2 and I still haven’t been seen… the girls at the desk are rude and I will never make an appointment or refer anyone to this slow ass place

No wonder this place has low reviews. Been here going on 45 minutes for an X-​ray. All the while there are 5 girls working in the lobby just yapping away. Corona

If I had to define the word «unprofessional», all I would have to do is show people a picture of the ladies that work at this office. They are more interested in flirting with the young man that replaces the brown flyers underneath the t. v than attending to the patients walking in. Hopefully, this will be my son’s last visit here.

Girls at the this office are very rude & not friendly!!! Lady with the curly hair does not smile & treats patients very poor :(People come here for care, very unhappy with how unprofessional & cold the front office staff are. They should smile more often

Really cold in here. 15 minutes past my appointment. Not looking good for a good review.
Mammogram tech was ok.
The whole experience was not bad, but it could have been better.

My wife went in for our 35 week baby ultrasound today. I was told to wait in the waiting room and not allowed to accompany my wife until the final 10 minutes of the 45 minute process. We have done other ultrasounds where I am allowed to be with my wife for entire process and share the experience. If you, as a father, want to be part of the experience, call around and find a facility that is much more customer friendly than this place. I cannot recommend this facility to any parents to be.

This place is a joke! First the parking lot is not adequate for all the people/​traffic that this place gets. The waiting room is disgusting and cramped. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes even though we had an appointment. We also came very close to missing our MRI appointment because of their tardiness. One receptionist was very friendly while all the other works seemed irritated to be there dealing with all the people. Go elsewhere if you can!
