Well, I do not think I have enough room to explain what a wonderful experience this was! From the beginning until the end of my appointment, to include communication with staff. I was in touch with Ami, who scheduled my appointment. She was a breath of fresh air and so polite. This company genuinely cares about their services and making sure the customer is happy! I even received a phone call the day before my original appointment to let me know that they checked the weather. They were more than happy to reschedule my appointment so my vehicle wasn’t rained on right after a fresh detail. They are the best detailing company out there! The rep that did my detail on a 2004 Ford truck, Matthew, was so polite and professional! It is hard to find good service now a days but I found em and I will stick with this company for all my vehicles! Thanks Ami and Matthew!

My car desperately needed to be detailed. This was going to be my very first time having my car detailed and I’m SO HAPPY I chose Detail Squad!
I chose the Level 3 Detail Package. Matt arrived at 9AM as expected from my confirmation email. Matt is a very nice guy. He didn’t ask for anything upon arrival. He was focused and went straight to work. My husband checked up on him a couple times to see if he needed anything but no. no complaints even when it started to sprinkle/​rain!
The whole detail took about 5 hours. and WOW! My car looks brand new!
Pros:
–Reliable service: arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame stated in the confirmation email.
–Affordable prices! Compared to other detailers on Unilocal,Detail Squad beat their prices by at least $ 100-​$ 200.
–Exterior detail: BEFORE the detail my exterior white paint was dull and looked oxidized. I figured the clay bar detail will help a little until I decide to repaint the whole car. AFTER the detail you can instantly see the difference! White, shiny, and bright!
–Interior detail: I had an annoying red permanent marker stain on my beige door panel and Matt was even able to get that out!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Detail Squad! Give them a try, ask for Matt! He does a really great job!

I have been impressed and motivated to submit a review, once, maybe twice, before. The folks at Detail Squad were impressive out the gate. From our introductory communications, thru the explanation of services, the scheduling of the appointment, notification of being a few minutes behind schedule (via a phone call), to the work done on our recently purchased 2005 F150, which now looks pretty much like it’s off the showroom floor, to the time taken explaining how to keep our truck looking good. Absolutely the best detail service used (I’ve worked with a number of others).

Adrian and John really deserve 10 stars for the work they did on my 12 year old BMW! I am listing it for sale and wanted to see how close it could come to showroom status. This company brings it there and beyond. I can now show my car with complete confidence and pride. Adrian and John were polite, friendly, professional and stayed hard at work the entire 4 hours. Their technique is truly amazing and my car has never looked this good. Highly recommend the Detail Squad, you will not be disappointed!

So I am very cheap! I’ve had my car for 2 years and occasionally hit the quarter vacuum machine. It had chocolate, soda, coffee, dirt, stains GALORE! Who else knows what he found. The guy (I think his name is Matt) was friendly and professional, he did a great job! My car looks new again which I didn’t think was possible! Well worth the money spent!

Had my 24 ft Chaparral Sunesta boat and Honda Civic daily driver detailed. Matt did a good job on my boat granting it was a bit dirty and has not been detailed in 3 years. He spent about 5 hours on it and missed some obvious dirty spots. Worked on the Civic and was done in about 1.5 hours. Had to point out the fingernail scratches on the door handles which he took care off and removed with some chem/​polish. Prices are ok. It was a hot day when he came out to do both the car and the boat. Wish there were at least two of them to do the work. Two detailers would have probably done a better job. Nonetheless, I was satisfied but not impressed. I would not schedule two vehicles at a time next time if I do use them again. I’ll probably give them another shot and have my truck detailed. Waiting for a cooler day to schedule. That will be the decider if I ever use them again.

Let me just start out by saying if there were 6 stars, detail squad would get all 6. They were booked for 10am and showed up at 10:03am. Matt, the detail guy, was professional and super polite. My boat had been sitting in storage for about 9 months and Matt had his work cut out for him. He completed the job in about 4 hours and my boat looked brand new.
Detail squad is competitively priced and fit me in to their busy schedule on two days notice. Thanks again DS staff.

I just had my truck shipped from Hawaii to California via the L.A. VPC. My truck had some sort of oil, bug feces, tree sap residue all over my BRAND NEW truck. The reason it had to be professionally detailed was that the residue melted into the top coat because it sat in the sun for three weeks and could not be removed even after a few washes. Detailer Matt Evans came by and brought my truck back to showroom condition through waterless wash, clay bar, wax, and sealant and ensured he was attentive to each and every concern of mine regarding water spots, scratches, using a lasting sealant, etc. Because I’m passing through on my way to El Paso Texas, Detail Squad (Adrian) worked with my schedule to make sure my truck was serviced before leaving the state in a few weeks by coming out to my residence in just a few short days from the time I scheduled my appointment. The cost was also extremely reasonable and cheaper than other mobile detailers I researched. I was skeptic of the waterless service but due to water conservation in Southern Cal I went ahead and gave it a shot. I have zero regrets and would use them again and again. If you truly care about your ride and want the best service, go with Detail Squad!

I scheduled a detail on my Tahoe after being referred by my dad who has had both of his cars and his boat detailed by The Detail Squad. I have two little ones, so my car was in need of a good clean up. I scheduled my appointment online and had a confirmation email within minutes. The detail squad comes to you, and Matt arrived right on time, and was very friendly and professional. I love that The Detail Squad has come up with an environmentally friendly, completely waterless detail. I wondered how clean a car could get without water, but the results speak for themselves. My car looked as good as the day we drove it off of the lot from the dealer. It was absolutely immaculate. Nothing quite beats getting in a clean car, and The Detail Squad delivered! I will definitely be calling them again!

The best mobile car detailing company ever!
I have a Toyota Siana mini van. It was in horrible shape inside and out. I had stains everywhere seats, floor, doors, center divider, dashboard, and trunk. I tried plenty of car washes and was disappointed every time. I finally went online and Unilocaled, thats where I found detail squad. They had great reviews and I was willing to try. I am so happy that I did. Every stain is gone and the van looks brand new. It took 4 – 5 hours and I was in shock. He got every stain out even on the leather and carpet! I feel like I have a new car. Thank you so much detail squad for saving my van from my kids. Lol

I recently bought a new BMW and I wanted to get the paint waxed and protected. Detail Squad offers a «Fresh Start» detail that is designed for that exact purpose. I want to thank Matt and Ami for the awesome service that I received. As you can see in the pictures, the exterior of the car looks absolutely pristine (better than the day I drove it off the lot) and Matt went above and beyond by conditioning my leather interior as well. That is not normally included in the Fresh Start detail. Additionally, I couldn’t believe that Ami knocked 30% off the cost. I’ve had other details in the past and none have come close in terms of quality and value. I will be using Detail Squad to maintain my car’s appearance from now on.

I called these guys this morning. Adrian on the phone was super friendly and was able to get Matt to my house by 1030. He was on time and very professional.
I have two small children under 3 so my car was a disaster and smelled like bad milk. Matt took his time and I dont know how but my car look brand new. I didn’t think that was possible! i dont even want to put the car seats back in. Lol but I guess I’ll have to, but you can bet I will be calling detail squad back.

I was referred to The Detail Squad by my friend, Dave. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve spent a lot of money over the years paying car washes to «detail» my cars and was never quite satisfied. Matt and Amy went above and beyond what I expected them to do. I had my 2010 Nissan Titan detailed today. Matt did an awesome job. My truck looks brand new again. The hard water spots from a sprinkler are gone. The grey mark down the side from the Target cart is gone. The inside looks and smells super clean. With a 10 month old I’m sure I’ll be using them in the near future.

I just had Daniel with the Detail Squad complete an interior detail on my Chevy Equinox and man did he do a great job! He was very professional and had a great attitude! Ami is the last I dealt with to schedule my appointment and she was just as awesome to work with. She found me on Facebook looking for an interior detail. Her response time to my messages also impressed me. I will be using them again in the future!

Matt was right on time and did a good job and was done early. I like the waterless aspect, it was interesting. Matt was friendly. The products used seem to be of good quality.
Matt forgot to vacuum my car though, but because of that, Detail Squad team offered to come wash my car inside and out for free any day that I wanted. In my opinion that is great customer service! Matt did a great job washing the car (again, waterless) Thanks for taking the time out of potential appointments to do that!

Talk about attention to detail! I was so incredibly pleased by the professionalism, care, and kindness shown by Matt. He detailed and washed our Acura and BMW. (I have 4 sons, so Matt definitely had his work cut out for him!)
Also, the owner, Ami, was great in accommodating our schedule and was quick on checking in with our experience. We will be using Detail Squad again!

I called yesterday, hoping I wasn’t too late to schedule a detail for my Toyota Sienna van that I have to turn in next week after a 3-​year lease. After innumerable trips with kids to the beach, mountains, visiting Arizona family – all with pets! – not to mention teaching two teens to drive and probably MILLIONS of fast food stops, it really needed the intensive cleaning.
They got me in the next day – today! And arrived at my Eastvale home right on time (I really liked the mobile aspect, because I’m nervous about mileage now). He spent 4 solid hours on my van, and cleaned every nook and cranny. I was a bit worried about some water spots on the driver’s side from occasionally parking near sprinklers: gone! The carpet and seats are now super-​clean, no french fries between the seats, and the car looks almost new (some shoe scrapes on the floor of the door opening are, I hope, normal wear and tear.)
Highly recommended: and very reasonably priced. He worked his butt off, and it shows. Thank you!

I had my hubby’s truck detailed while he was out of town and it came out beautiful. Matt did a spectacular job, it was like brand new, inside and out. We will definitely be using the Detail Squad again.

We had our Mercedes detailed this afternoon and Adrian did an awesome job! He was very professional and took his time with our car. We don’t drive it often and it had accumulated quite a bit of dirt and dust, after a couple of hours and amazing attention to detail it is beautiful and sparkling clean again! I was thoroughly impressed that everything is done without the use of water as with many other detail services, I also appreciated that they came straight to our home. We are extremely happy and look forward to our next detail! Thank you Detail Squad!
