History
Established in 1993.
Many clients ask how we ended up as a family of bankruptcy attorneys. It was not planned. Greg decided to switch careers in the 1980’s. With five boys in both parochial grade school and high-school, Greg added law school to his already full plate. It was no easy task by any means. Dad had set the standard and provided the example by personally walking his talk, «Hard work, discipline, dedication, desire and determination will pay off. Do not be satisfied with mediocrity, when you can excel if you put your mind and heart into it!» This reinforced the mentality of the five boys who followed in suit.
As our firm continues to grow to accommodate and serve the needs of the clients within our community, we have «adopted» several more qualified and experienced bankruptcy attorneys and staff members. James D.
Business Owner
James P. Doan is a managing partner of Doan Law Group (Brothers Law Group, LLP). The Doan lawyers, a father and five sons, is California’s Largest Family of Attorneys.
James graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1989, University of San Diego in 1993, and San Joaquin College of Law in 1996. He has been practicing bankruptcy and immigration law in Southern California ever since.
James is an Eagle Scout, a board member of the St. Thomas More Society of Orange County, and a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
James believes that attorneys are not excluded from the application of the Golden Rule — «Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.»
