DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT use this company! Robert is one of the most dishonest people I have ever done business with and his finished, or should I say unfinished, product is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m having the same issues as S.L. and have subs asking me about payment, even though Robert has been paid in full! Without boring you with details, this is by far the worst work I’ve ever seen or had done. He is not unresponsive to my text and emails and I have filed a complaint with the Contractor’s State Licensing Board. I’m actually in the process of having another company fix and finish his work.

UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL, UNORGANIZED, & TERRIBLE. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They ABANDONED the job, and the work is sloppy and half-​assed. Robert is highly disrespectful and will take advantage of anyone who is honest, kind, and reasonable. Our house is completely miserable right now and he is in breach of contract, but honestly I’d rather have the place look like this than have to deal with such an unprofessional company. I encourage you to look elsewhere.

Whatever you do don’t use this company… Robert the owner is a low life, unprofessional good for nothing. Who doesn’t care about the quality of the work he does. u can’t get pass his bad adtude and he looks like he might be on drugs… don’t waste your time find another company… these guys are the worst!!!

I found Robert a few years ago when I wanted to have some bushes and old concrete taken out and replaced with new concrete. This was my first outside project on this particular house so I had 5 or 6 people come out and give me quotes. Robert was one of the lowest quotes and after telling him that another company beat his price he was willing to lower his price. So I went ahead and chose Robert for the job. Robert had 2 guys come out the following day and they finished the job within a few days. Since then I have used Robert 2 other times. Overall I am very happy with the work quality and pricing Robert has given me.
The only negatives I can think of are:
1) The guys he sents to do the work don’t always speak clear English so if you’re not a Spanish speaker it can be a bit frustrating.
2) After the initial quote you don’t really see too much of Robert but he will answer his phone and come out if you need him to.
So like I said, overall I would highly recommend Robert to anyone who is looking for a decent price and doesn’t mind having workers who speak very little English.

This company and Robert the owner, are top notch. They came out quickly to give me the quote and scheduled the work in a few days. They arrived on time each day and everything went as described & quoted. I would highly recommend them! Do not hesitate to call them!

Elite team was great! Kudos to Robert and his crew. We had a very large job; over 500′ of block wall! After the job was complete they came back and made sure the site was cleaned up. They did a wonderful job and the wall is exactly the way we wanted it!

Got myself a putting green! Thanks for making my home feel more like a resort. I’m super stoked.

Bottom line… I would not recommend. Called to set up an appointment for paver installation estimate. Owner was extremely nice and set up an appointment for the following day. He does not show or call to reschedule the appointment, so I reach out to inquire about his failure to show or call. He called me the following day… wait for it… he tells me he does not service my area. Uhm… what?! You had my address and asked questions about my location and said you were familiar with the area when you booked the appointment! Seriously the worst in basic customer service skills. So I rearranged my appointments to be at my house waiting for him to show up when he never intended to drive here. I can’t be bothered and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

Robert assured me that he could do the ledger stone at my house, that they’ve «been doing this for years» and that it was all they did, masonry. I told him I wanted my backyard done like my front yard. The ledger stone in front is just the way I wanted it. So he had it right there to use as an example.
The first day, his workers only used the large stones; they didn’t integrate the smaller stones. Robert came out and we AGAIN explained what he wanted. Placement should be random. The second day I came home to perfectly uniform lines. One row of large stones, one row of smaller, one of large, one of small. (I added a photo to the gallery)
After I kicked his guys off the job, he called and couldn’t understand my issue. I told him to come look at it, but he obviously didn’t want to. He just kept arguing, saying he didn’t understand. Then he told me that I didn’t understand that the pallets of stone were layered in how they were supposed to used. I may be picky, but I’m not stupid.
Oh, I almost forgot. His original quote raised by almost $ 2,000 when he came to work the first day. He said it was because I made a change in wanting capstone surrounding doors instead of ledger stone. Why, I don’t know — when putting of large pieces of stone, 8″ x 18″, seems easier and faster than smaller ledger stone.

Just had a walkway and planters done in my front yard.
Robert (owner) came out and gave me a quote on the work that I wanted. Realizing it was out of my budget he worked really hard with me and showed me different options to stay within my budget. It turned out better than what I originally had in mind.
Robert was at the jobsite on a daily basis and always made sure he cleared up any questions I had. The work was done in a very timely manner.
Robert was willing to work with me and especially my budget. He was always honest and never tried any shortcuts to squeeze more money out of me.
I have already started talking to Robert about my backyard and will be working with him next year.

I decided to replace my old wood fence with a block wall so I contracted Robert to do the work. His price was fair, not the highest, not the lowest and he got his guys out withing days to begin work. The wall turned out just as I wanted. great quality. But any job you hire out you have to watch the progress and address any concerns as the job proceeds otherwise it may not turn out exactly as you wanted.
Probably the most difficult thing for a contractor to do is work for someone who has some knowledge of the work being done. I have done concrete work in the past but I am just too old, fat and lazy to do it any more so that’s why I hired it out.
Another unfortunate trait that comes with old age is a bit of «crotchitiness» and Robert paid the price as I felt like I did have to stay on top of the finishing details. The crew was not nearly as nit-​picky as I am. I have to say Robert was always a phone call away and patiently handled each of my concerns so the only reason he got 4 out of 5 stars was the lack of attention to detail by his guys, but again, Robert took care of me in the end so I would definitely hire him for my future hardscape needs and I am happy with my new wall.:)

Very happy with the new landscaping, turf & water wise landscaping project. Robert and his crew have been great. He was willing to pick up chosen plants and trees and deliver. Work was done with much professionalism. I would highly recommend him. I contacted several other landscapers who didn’t even know what to do or how to complete what I was striving for in a water wise landscaping project. Others never even returned my calls after waiting for estimate. Great job Robert! Your crew are the best and would definitely use Elite for future projects.

We recently contacted Robert at Elite Landscape and Concrete to pour a walkway in our front yard to allow my grandpa to go on evening walks. Robert started off great, but as time went on we had electrical issues, which he denies he did, but we never had problems in the past. He also ordered the wrong railing, which he tried to install and tell us «it will eventually fade to the color we want». He is now not responding to any phone calls or emails. We have given him several chances to fix all the mistakes and now he is ignoring us. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.
Update: Nov 2014. Robert did contact my Mom to take care of the remaining electrical issues. I wish the project would have been handled like this from the beginning. I am glad Robert stood up and backed his work.

I’m a Realtor here in Corona and contacted Elite because the week we were supposed to close escrow on a sale we discovered a problem with the block wall separating my listing and the neighbor. The buyers said they would not close if the wall was not repaired. We contacted several contractors to fix the 57′ of 6′ tall block wall and got prices and specifications from each. Elite had a very competitive price and the best plan of action. Robert with Elite met with both the neighbor and buyer. The buyer had enough confidence in Roberts team that he agreed to close escrow and allow the work the following week. The work was done on schedule to the T and the work was top notch. All parties were happy with the work and Elite. I would definetly recommend Elite and would happily use them again.
