I cannot express how much I appreciate EmbroidMe and their incredible staff. I gave them my ideas and they designed and created incredible keepsake gifts for my wedding. The embroidered personalized handkerchiefs were a hit. EmbroidMe did an amazing job, high quality, quick service, great customer service! I can’t thank them enough and definitely recommend them to everyone!

They did a great job, so well in fact, I purchased more shirts and some jackets. I don’t know what happened in the other reviews, but Richard was very pleasant and did the job well for a good price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Brought in 7 long sleeves, 2 jackets and 2 pull over fleece. I wanted my company logo and name embroidered. Unfortunately, the communication between the owner (Richard) and his employees are so poor that when I picked up my product the logos were half the size we agreed to and the name was placed in the incorrect area. He ruined 11 pieces of clothing. When It came down to making it right he offered me half the cost of what I payed for them. To make matters worse when I walked in to deal with the owner about the situation. His employees started having a conversation about how I was a idiot customer and that I was too picky and that I should just take my shit and leave. When I brought it to his attention. He blew me off and wanted to ignore the situation. As a business owner I understand how impactful reviews can be, so I never write reviews. But unfortunately this company is providing a huge disservice and I hope no one ever visits his establishment. Lost 3 weeks of my life and $ 250 in clothing. I would have not even given him one star however, Unilocal makes you give at least one!

Customer service was awful! In fact, when I walked in I felt like I was bothering the guy who I believe was the owner. Without even looking at my product he barked out there was a minimum to embroider. Did I look like I couldn’t afford him? When I agreed to the price. He told me it would take about a week and he prefers check or cash, because credit card companies charge fees. At that point I should of grabbed my stuff and left! Quality was fine… but there are other places to go that are a little more friendly and easier on the pocketbook.

Based on my experience with them, I have found EmbroidMe Corona to be very unprofessional and having poor customer service. I called in to ask if they were able to do Greek Lettering for sweatshirts and Jackets and was happy to know that they do in fact provide the service. The owner, Richard, was quite helpful in guiding me through the estimated costs and process on the phone. However, upon coming into the store location, the customer service I experienced was the complete opposite. After entering, I literally had to wait about 10 min for him to finally get off the phone (in which he sounded like he was yelling at the customer on the other line). Finally, once I had his attention, he was interrupted with another phone call in which he so rudely told the person on the line that «I can’t help you, I’m with another customer» and quickly hung up on the person! Poor thing!
Upon my scheduled pick-​up date, (a good week and a half later), I come in to find that my order is «not yet completed”— IN FACT, it wasn’t even STARTED! He even showed me my untouched sweater and fabric still in it’s box! I asked if it would be ready by that afternoon (since I was clearly on a time schedule) and unfortunately, my order was not finished till the next day mid afternoon. In addition, when I finally got to look at my finished jackets, I noticed that the stitching was poorly done and had obviously been rushed upon making. For sure I will NEVER be going back there again!
