Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would! The one star is for Bianca. She was very nice and embarrassed by the disorganization Enterprise clearly displays.
I called at 8am in the morning to reserve a vehicle (I didn’t care what kind) to be picked up between 4:30−5pm because my vehicle was in the shop for a day or two. My boyfriend took me to the office at 4:45pm and when we got there, Bianca was the only one working. There was someone else at the counter and she was on the phone trying to reach other locations. She had no cars to give anyone. She apologized and told us it would be about 20 minutes. We decided to run down to street to grab a quick bite to eat and figured when we returned, the car would be there. We got back at 5:20 and still no car! Bianca had my paperwork drawn up already so she told me I could go ahead and sign everything and the car would be there soon– someone from another location was delivering it. We waited, and waited, and waited. Finally at 6pm, someone shows up with a Toyota Yaris. We did the walk around to make sure there was no damage to the outside but I didn’t even think to look inside. I was so tired of waiting.
When I got in the car, I noticed trash every where! There was a grocery bag sitting in clear view in the passenger floor filled with trash, receipts throughout, and 2 other peoples rental contracts. There was a used toothpick in the middle console along with food particles. The seats were stained and needed to be vacuumed very badly. The windshield was so dirty, I couldn’t see out of it and the car was on empty! I had to go straight to the nearest gas station to fuel up and clean the window.
Never again will I rent here. Bianca was extremely nice and should look for a job with a more competent business.

The choice of cars was very sparse. However the service was about as perfect as it could get. They drove me to Fix Auto after I turned in the car. I even forgot to put the gas in the car and they charged me the minimal amount. VERY good service (kind staff).

I’ve had no problems with this location. Actually very courteous with their customer pick up and drop offs. Great service! Would give 5 stars if everything is absolutely smooth.

This location is an embarrassment. I dropped my husband off for what should have been a 5−10min pick-​up. His employer contracts with Enterprise so everything is always drawn up ahead of time for them.
He walks in to a waiting room that looks more like a parol lineup. Some of the men barely even stepped outside to light up a cigarette. My husband isn’t the kind to push or raise his voice — he just waited in his place in line. It was 42 minutes later that he was helped, and 3 minutes later that he was in his rental car. All the while, I was waiting in our car in the parking lot with our 18 month old son. It wasn’t even an option to bring him inside the business — it smelled and was very unsafe.
