I took our Wii console to this place because my son had inserted 3 cd’s in it. I was a little hesitant at first because a friend had told me that some places open up consoles and harvest from it to use for future repair. I took a chance. They were able to take the cd’s out and the console still works! I am so happy. I definitely recommend this place for your repair needs!!!

I just took my new I Mac in because I could not get my mail account to work. They plugged it in and worked on it for about ½ hour and got it set up and working. I would recommend them to anyone needing computer help. Very friendly and reasonable prices.

So far so good, brought in my old PC was running slow with virus, they cleaned it up got it running good and saved my important data too. Good price for the service you’re getting, the gentleman I was working with seemed pretty fair and honest too when it came to questions and opinions.

Brought my gaming PC in because I thought I had hardware related issues, but it turns out it was my network and internet… Wish I would have known that before re-​installing windows and troubleshooting every piece of hardware inside my PC. Oh well, lesson learned.
Overall I enjoyed coming here even though I didn’t have a hardware issue. The associate was kind and offered great service. Props to this place.

Geeks R Us are amazing. They repaired a long term issue that kept coming back so I waited to post this. It had been over 2 mos and still receiving my network with no issues. They are kind considerate fellas that dont mind answering my crazy questions. I give them 10 stars.

In July 2015, I took my Apple Mac in for repair. Diagnostic prices are posted as well as cost for repairs. It turned out my hard drive had gone bad, it was 5 years old. They replaced it with a 500 GB hard disk drive, $ 109.99, and cloned my old disk to the new disk for $ 49.99. Total cost was about $ 280.00, this included the parts, service, diagnostic and repair. There was a 30 day warranty on labor and I believe 6 months on parts. It is now October 2015, and my computer is still working fine. I previously used this business about 5 – 6 years ago on a different computer. I am pleased with their work and find them to be honest and knowledgeable. This is the type of business where you have to rely on the integrity of the people running the business. I trust them.

Mike and Alex are always so helpful every time I come in!!! They are always honest and straightforward AND educate me about my computer. I trust what they do and the fact that they have affordable services is always a plus. From fixing a cracked screen on my phone to replacing my hard drive, Geeks R US has always been there to solve my technical difficulties. :)

I have been coming to Geeks R Us for years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have always dealt with Mike, who is the owner. He is a very honest and professional and just a good guy overall. I totally trust him with all my computers. He always goes over and beyond. I didn’t have a chance to see him today but met his employee Alex. He is a very nice and helpful guy as well. He fixed the problem with my computer and had it back to me by closing time. He even waited for me until I got there because I was going to get there after closing. Now, if you don’t call that service, I don’t know what you would call it. I think these guys are reasonably priced. But what matters to me the most is the trust I have in them. That is what keeps me coming back. I would not and do not trust anyone else but this place. I highly recommend this place. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

They are awesome… Alex and Martin were amazing help… I depend on my laptop for work & school, and the screen cracked! I didn’t know what to do. I searched for computer repair places, and thanks to Unilocal,saw the positive reviews… they fixed my computer in less than 2 hours… I am going to go back with another computer I have, I trust them, they didn’t try to upsale a bunch of charges, they charged what they said… I totally would recommend them, especially if you are not a computer geek!

Great service and expert knowledge! Second time here and both experiences were amazing!!! My iPad was completely cracked and they were able to fix the screen in less than hour when I was quoted 3! Fast and. Reliable service with a friendly atmosphere great experience!

I caught a virus on my laptop the week before a huge event I was planning for work. My laptop wouldn’t even turn on and just went straight to the blue screen of death and then shut down. I wanted to cry! I went to Geeks R Us instead of a big name computer repair shop because I thought they would be faster at getting my computer back to me. I brought it in when they opened and they had my computer up and running before they closed. Amazing! I will definitely be back for all my computer needs. Thanks, Geeks R Us!

I brought an iPad in for replacement of a shattered screen this morning at 10:30 and had it back looking like new at 1:30 the same day! Alex, the tech that helped me, was very friendly, and the cost for service was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again for any future computer issues I may have. Highly recommended!

Took my 4 yr old Apple iMac in with the «white screen of death» and returned home 3 days later with all my data backed up and a fully functioning seemingly brand new computer.
Alex was patient, professional, and so helpful getting my problems solved and even took the time to help me get to know my iMac better.
Thank you Geeks R US for fixing my computer and recovering some very special photo moments with my kids. Im very grateful.

I broke my wife’s labtop screen, i went here to ask for a quote, Mr. ALEX was super friendly, and professional, got a good price, so i decided to have them fix the screen. It was done quick, even though they had to order the screen, less than couple of days.
Definitely recommend their services.

I spilled Vietnamese coffee in my laptop’s keyboard. Know what that is? It’s full of sweetened condensed milk. Glued it down good. I thought I ruined everything, but these guys were awesome — honest — and just had to replace the keyboard for me. They totally could have taken advantage of my ignorance and didn’t. I also had them back everything up, just in case. They didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need (backing it up was at my insistence). I was kept up to speed on the status of my laptop and the prices were fair. The guy that helped me was very friendly and fun to talk with each time I walked in. (Was it Alex? Sorry if I have your name wrong! Tall guy!) Thanks for the great service!

This place was fabulous! My laptop was out of commission for almost a year and my husband and I thought it was a lost cause. These guys made it work in 24 hours! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the time it took! We will definitely be using them again!

I had a couple of minor issues with my laptop after I had tinkered with it a little, I just removed the the bottom plate to blow out the fan and get my heat issues under control.
Dropped in here to see if they had time to look at it and was gruffly told that they don’t normally repair computers which have been messed with already. Then he told me it would be $ 50 to look at it and the bare minimum price to repair would be $ 109 without even knowing what the problems were.
I chose not to use this «affordable» computer shop and took it to the shop whose Greek name means first. Here he looked at it for free and after repairing what was a small short on a board he charged me $ 50! Now that is affordable!!!
There are better options in town then these guys save your time and money drive on past.
