Absolutely amazing service! Wish I could 10 stars! My carpets were SO bad and now they literally look like I just bought them! Friendly people & accurate time frames were quoted. They have a forever customer with me! :-)

After all the rave reviews, last week I made an appointment to have out carpets cleaned today at 10am. It is now 1:30pm and they have not shown up, returned my calls, or text messages.
To add insult, I had to move all the living room and upstairs furniture by myself being 5 months pregnant! (Hubby’s a firefighter and got stuck at work today)
I would have been understanding with a simple phone call this morning. However I do not think this type of unprofessional behavior is acceptable, at all!

So impressed with how my carpets look! I was told from other companies «that wont come out» but sure enough grime fighters proved them wrong. My carpets look amazing & I look frwd to doing business with them again. Owners were very nice & friendly. Great customer service!

Awesome job! Did a great job cleaning the carpets, were careful not to damage anything. Moved furniture around to ensure rooms were as clean as possible.

Unilocaler’s who are seeking a truly affordable and Highly efficient carpet cleaning service will call Grime Fighters. Last week I called them and asked if they could be onsite the following day by 8:30AM. They came and were on time! This by the way is my 2^nd time using them.
I can’t speak enough about their professionalism and how they payed attention to each detail. An honest team who I believe cares about doing a good job. I can tell you that over the 16 years in my home I’ve had several carpet cleaning services, the no names to the big franchise companies. None of them and I mean none of them performed a quality service like Grime Fighters! By watching their process I learned that not all carpet cleaners are created equal. Water temperature and Extraction is the key, the cleaner must pull up as much of the water to prevent your carpet/​furniture from being wet for days. Also all other companies on each occasion tried to up sell me on «special» solutions to get stains out. I’m happy to say that Grime Fighters was able to extract out stains with no addition cost.
Unilocaler’s, please pay attention to who you let in your house. Really folks there are a lot of shady people with sketchy backgrounds out there. Do you really want to risk having them in your home?
On the two occasions my wife and I have been extremely pleased with their services.

Price = 10 *best yet
Would I use again? Yes!
I wasn’t in any way shape or form asked to write this, I speak the truth about them and would recommend them all my family and friends.

I am extremely happy with the work Grime Fighters did in my house. Not only are the owners very professional and friendly they were able to work me in immediately! They arrived on time and they did an AWESOME job cleaning the carpet in my entire house. I have pets and kids and the carpet looks and smells fresh again! Extremely affordable… I am going to have them clean my carpet on a regular basis! I totally recommend them to everyone! Thank you Jennifer & Octavio!

Today we had Grimefighters come out and they did a great job on our carpets. I was surprised at how hard they worked — they helped us move furniture and did spot cleaning to ensure the rugs came out clean. And the carpets look great! We were very happy that they were on time and got here when they said they would and that they were helpful. Also the carpets look great! And NO up charges. Very happy with their service.

This company is very unprofessional. I called them up regarding a Groupon special, spoke with Jennifer. She seemed really nice, though and because she said it will benefit her company better if I just pay her directly instead of buying the Groupon, I agreed. She asked for the location and at first she said they don’t service, she decided that the area will be serviceable. So we agreed on the time and date. On the date of the service, we moved the furniture out of the way. She calls 30 minutes before to confirm they were on their way. 30 more minutes later, she calls again and said it would take them 2 hours to get from Riverside to Aliso Viejo. Seemed odd to me that it would take that long. No crew showed up and and repeated calls and texts were not returned. I waited the whole morning as I was reluctant to put everything back without getting the carpet cleaned and still no calls. I would certainly call this unprofessional. I would certainly not use them again and I will definitely spread the word about their type of service so people don’t make the same mistakes we made. Be warned.

Jennifer and Octavio came and cleaned our carpets today. Very nice, local couple.
We’ve lived here for 8 years. We have two kids and have always had a dog. Our carpets now look brand new. Could not be happier with the service! They were in time, quick and did a fantastic job!

They literally just left my house. Cute married couple. They were friendly, quick & efficient and a really good deal. My living room looks wonderful! It is giant so they charged for 2 rooms, but at $ 20/​room, I still call it a steal! Great communication too, called yesterday to verify. Arrived on time. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again. I’m a happy homemaker! :)

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior and they were very responsive through email and phone. I was given a great quote and booked the date/​time. I emailed the day before and told them if they wanted to come earlier than the scheduled appt they could as I had to take care of other things since it was a move out job. They told me they could move it up to 9:00 as opposed to the 12:00 I originally scheduled. They were on time, did a great job and were very friendly, I paid exactly what I was quoted not a penny more and they did not try to scam me with higher costs. I will use them again

Would give 0 stars if possible. Made an appointment to get my carpet cleaned and spent my whole day off moving furniture and preparing for the service & THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Tried calling/​texting and leaving messages and no reply. A phone call letting us know that they couldn’t keep the appointment would have been nice, instead we just sat and waited for them to no show! Meanwhile all of our furniture is either moved in the kitchen or garage!
