Dr. Quinn was very helpful! I was suffering from sprayned leg and he cured it from the first treatment. The lotion he used to massaged me with was really soothing. Ended up buying a bottle for later use. He advised me not to take any painkillers which I hate. Was glad I found this place!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Sports Wellness Chiropractic and the staff there. Dr. Nguyen is nothing short of AMAZING. I drive a semi truck for a living, a career known to be a back breaker, and have suffered years of back pain and at times severe immobility due to total failure of my back muscles. Dr Nguyen completely assessed my body mechanics and gave me some simple ideas about why he thought my recurring problem plagued me… my tight hip flexors and my posture! In addition to a few weeks of therapy he gave me some simple stretches and core strengthening exercises, advised me on how to attain proper posture and I feel LIBERATED! I can turn my head now with no pain! My torso is loose and limber, not tight and knotted like I’m wearing a body cast! I am so grateful for Sports Wellness for helping me to feel free from the constant burden of pain and the constant fear of making a wrong move that would ultimately take my back out. I HIGHLY recommend that you give Sports Wellness a try, especially if you have been doing the same old same old like I was, expecting a different results that never came.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are like hidden treasure tucked away in the South Corona hills. I have had several sports related issues over the years that Dr. Nguyen was able to successfully treat when other doctors could not. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are amazing! I am so appreciative of how caring and compassionate they are. I have been going to their office for over a year and have been so pleased with the care. Today I called in a panic at 6:40pm about my daughter who is a young athlete who was in so much pain. I was hoping to make an appointment for the next day and the staff stayed late and allowed me to come in immediately with her. Truly exceptional!!!

So far, so good. Dr. Nguyen has reviewed my records and started therapy. I am happy with the thoroughness and professionalism of the whole staff. I like and appreciate their holistic approach to wellness. They have flexible appointment times and are willing to stay late if necessary. This is my third treatment visit and I already feel improvement of my neck.

I am so thankful to have come here! I had major neck pain from a recent car accident and it affected me so much at work and off work as well. I live pretty close by so I decided to give this place a try and boy am I amazed. Dr. Nguyen is very sincere and caring. I can tell he is really interested in helping me get better. His staff are very pleasant as well. They are friendly, kind, and always laughing and cheerful. What I love about this place is how professional and genuine they were. The place is clean and tidy which is an added bonus. I learned so much about proper posture, exercising, and healthy habits. Dr. Nguyen took the time to clearly explain everything to me, he was really personable and easy to talk to. After my first appointment, I felt significantly better and I am very excited for my next appointment.

Most recently I been feeling severe shoulder/​neck pains thinking it’s from my 9 – 5 shifts of working at at bank, constantly having to look downward towards my computer screen due its positioning. For quite some time I’ve ignored it thinking it’ll simply go away, like any other «minor» body aches. But it has escalated to the point that it simply hurts to lay down on my bed. I expressed my pains and complaints to my fellow peer from work and he happened to suggest to give this place a try. At first, I was very reluctant given that my previous experience with a chiropractic did not go well at all. But I was reassured this will be different and sure enough, it was.
Working in retail really opens your eyes to what is bull and what is legitimate and let me telling you, this clinic is the real deal. Dr. Nguyen not only had a welcoming introduction, he went straight to my concerns. I expressed my neck/​shoulder pains and explained how its to the point where its making sleeping difficult. He educated me in some techniques and good habits that would immediately reduce the tensions in my shoulder/​neck and we went straight to some practices in the office. I left the clinic with a high level of satisfaction and appreciation for what Dr. Nguyen has done for me. Without the recommendation of my colleague, I wouldn’t have considered going to a chiropractor. Take my word, you won’t be disappointed! The staff is friendly and treats their patients with care. As for Dr. Nguyen? He’s definitely worth this 5 star rating.

Staffs are great they truly know how to treat their patients well! Dr. Nguyen has definitely helped me get better. My initial visit was amazing, Dr. Nguyen was very thorough in his examination. The facility is professional and very clean. The front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly, and they make me feel right at home. I was very skeptical in coming here because I have never been to a Chiropractor before. However, I left here with a great first impression! I have been coming back twice a week and I have never felt better!

This place is great! I requested an appointment and the front desk lady, Renee nicely helped me set up an appointment. She was very kind on the phone and assisted me throughout the whole process. As I got there, the front desk greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. The doctor, Hoan, was very nice. He simply asked me what was wrong and where did I feel the pain. He then started to find the pressure points where I was hurting and and he got right to the point! He pushed where I felt pain right away.
He then asked nicely if he could adjust me and I said okay. He told me to lay down on the bed in the room and he adjusted my neck. It felt a bit scary hearing the cracks, but I trust a professional. I felt looser right away! He then adjusted my back and shoulders as well. He was very thorough when explaining to me what was wrong with my back — apparently I have too many air bubbles built up within my joints. And adjusting it can let the air bubbles out correctly. When you crack your own back, you are hurting yourself because you aren’t doing it correctly. So, DON’T crack your own back! Let the professional do it!
When we were done with the adjustments, he showed me a couple exercises that he suggested me to do on the daily as much as I could. It would help me loosen up my back and shoulders, especially my neck! He showed me the correct way of standing — the right posture. Guess I’ve been having the wrong posture all this time! But overall, I would recommend him to anyone who needs adjusting or has pain or join problems. He is a wonderful talented doctor!

My wife and I scheduled an appointment for a consultation late in the afternoon on a Friday. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by name and given the «red carpet» treatment. The lobby was extremely warm and inviting, the staff was friendly, and the establishment is exceptionally clean. Dr. Hoan D. Nguyen, DC is very knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. He was very thorough in explaining to both my wife and I what is to be expected, why, and the «how» of everything. We are both looking forward to visiting the Sports and Wellness facility in the immediate future. This is a great addition to the Sierra Del Oro community and we highly recommend ANYBODY that is looking for sports medicine, over all wellness, or chiropractic work to stop in.

This place is totally legit! My friend recommended me to this office because I was constantly complaining of back pain since I’ve been working out a lot more, and I am so glad she did! Normally I go to those Chinese reflexology massage places but lately I’ve been walking out with a worse crick in my neck so decided to give Chiropractics a chance. Since it was my first time, I got the awesome promotion (I think it was $ 49 for new patient special). Dr. Nguyen totally changed my view of holistic healing. He really took his time and showed me he cared about my well-​being and I really appreciated that. Best of all, it didn’t seem like I was on the clock — I didn’t feel rushed and felt comfortable telling him all of my concerns and he gave me very knowledgeable answers. Really reasonable prices and a nice office. I will definitely come back to this office the next time I am in need of a good back fixer-​upper!

I had a bad knee injury for a while without treatment and as soon as I went to Dr. Nguyen I felt relief, now I’m almost at 100%, he got to the root cause of the problem and used Deep Scar Tissue massaging and a good variety of different forms of therapy to progressively improve the area, I also continually got spine adjustments with my visits and they have an amazing massage therapist available. My knee and posture in general has tremendously improved. I very much recommend this place!

Let me tell you my story. I have been having shoulder and lower back pain for about 3 — 4 months now. I also have scoliosis according to my medical doctor. I was hesitated to go see a chiropractor because I was afraid that it would be too expensive. Little did I know, Dr. Nguyen accepts most insurance. So that was a plus. Dr. Nguyen is different. On my first day visit, I had my initial exam. After he was finished examining me, he educated me about my condition and offered me what he can do to help it from coming back. He even treated me on the same day and I felt alot better! Dr. Nguyen is not like most doctors, he actually listens to what I had to say and and offers what he can do to help my pain. I have never had a doctor that actually took the time of day to help out his patients like Dr. Nguyen does. He is a very great, friendly, caring, and a professional doctor.

Chiropractic was the last thing I thought would help me with my pain problems until I went and see Dr. Nguyen. As a diagnostic medical sonographer, I am constantly putting a lot of pressure and straining on my neck, shoulders, arms, legs and back muscles. I find myself having very short range of motion when it comes to raising my hands, turning my neck, even bending down on my back. My shoulders blade area hurts the most. At nights, I feel my back shoulders are caving in with stabbing pain. I’ve tried many massage therapy sessions, which seems to help soothe out some of the pain, however those very same knots and pain would build up again in a few day.
A friend suggested me to see a chiropractor. I was a bit hesitant at first, but decided to give it a try. I am willing to try anything to help me alleviate these pains.
My whole experience of chiropractic had changed after I met up with Dr. Nguyen. Not only Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable but also a professional. He is friendly and kind. He is very passionate at what he does. I can tell right away that he really care about what I have to say. He never rushed me when I told him my about my pain issues. Dr. Nguyen listens and responded to every one of my concerns.
After my first adjustment, I was shock to see how much my range of motion has increased. I can turn my head literally almost backward. He has also loosened all the tightness and tensions that I was having in my arms, shoulders, neck, and back. I am so pleased with his work. I find that not only Dr. Nguyen give me one heck of «crack my bones» adjustment session, but it was also therapeutic and educational for me. We talk about health and nutritious food items, even how to prevent injuries and improve my overall health and wellness. He showed me the proper sitting positions to prevent nerve pinching as well further damaging of my spine. Dr. Nguyen is amazing.
I brag about Dr. Nguyen to all my families, friends and coworkers. Dr. Nguyen has my highest recommendation. If you’re looking for someone who cares and does the job right, Dr. Nguyen is the one.
I am so excited and looking forward for my next few treatments with Dr. Nguyen since I found out that he has session for pregnancy woman as well. I am currently expecting my first child and I will be needing a lot of help with my back pains.

A few weeks ago, I tweaked my back playing football with some friends. For days, I could barely walk and basic movements (like sitting down or leaning over to grab something) were excruciating. Friends and family nagged me about finding some help since OTC meds weren’t working and I wasn’t getting any better. I actually heard of him from a friend and I’m really glad I took their advice. I made an appointment and I was seen pretty quickly (within a day of calling). I usually think doctors are pompous asses but he’s pretty cool. He was easy going and didn’t come off as a douche. He explained to me why I injured myself (turns out that hoopla about a strong core is true) and made suggestions about improving my overall physical fitness so I don’t get injured in the future. His adjustments were awesome and after each visit, I felt better.
I actually took his suggestions to heart and I haven’t had any new injuries and I’m definitely in much better shape. I would recommend anyone with injuries or chronic pain to Dr. Nguyen. This dude knows his stuff.
