Our services include Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Aroma Acupressure Therapy, Rehabilitation and Nutrition consultations in our facility.

We are specialized in Pain management, such as Headaches, Migraines, Arthritis, Neck Pain, Back Pain, Sciatica, Muscle Strains, Sprains, and Sports Injuries. We also treat Psychological Conditions, such as Stress, Depression, and Anxiety, and General Women’s Health Issues, such as Irregular Menstruation, PMS, Menopause, Infertility and Fertility Enhancement.

We can’t forget that we also treat general conditions, like Allergies, Common Cold, Fever, Sore Throat, Difficult Breathing, Low Energy, Adrenal Fatigue, and Insomnia.

We provide Internal Medicine Consultations and treat those conditions using some natural herbal supplements.

Weight Management and Weight Loss Consultations and Treatments are part of our treatment specialties, too.

And, finishing, for those into the cosmetic and anti-​aging lifestyle, we offer Facial Acupuncture and Facial Sculpting Sessions as well.

Inner Qi Wellness Center prides our self on being thorough, accurate and not shying away from complicated and multifaceted health concerns. We want to treat you the way you would want your dearest loved one to be treated that is with respect, positivity and gentle guidance. It is our ultimate goal to help each and every patient that walks through the door, find a practical solution and treatment and develop an action plan to address each patient’s health concerns in order to work towards each of attaining their wellness goals. We want our patient’s to leave each visit feeling like the best possible version of their selves. The Chiropractic, Acupuncture and other treatments provided by Inner Qi Wellness and its affiliates are aimed at helping to direct the body to heal its self. The healing starts within you — the patient, your qi (the Chinese word for life force) and your body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Business Owner

Originally from Pittsburgh, Dr. Randi moved to CA in 2009 to pursue Chiropractic and Acupuncture. After earning her Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degrees from Southern California University of Life Sciences, Dr. Randi spent her first several years in practice honing her crafts in Palmdale, CA. When the opportunity presented itself to adopt Skinner Chiropractic Life Center in Corona, she packed her acupuncture needles, chiropractic table and moved. Along the way, Dr. Randi has taken part in clinical internships for pediatric and pregnancy chiropractic adjusting and courses for the use of essential oils to stimulate acupuncture points called Aroma Acupoint Therapy. Recently Dr. Randi and her husband, Thales Ruela, adopted Skinner Chiropractic and renamed it Inner Qi Chiropractic & Acupuncture Wellness Center. Dr. Randi looks forward to helping each and every patient find a solution and create an action plan for their health concerns and wellness goals.
