Jay’s Rototilling and Sprinklers

Okay. I understand this is an unconventional listing. I don’t even have an address for him. But Jay is an unconventional guy. I found him on Craigslist; he is a jack of all trades when it comes to backyards.
I had a huge plot of ground that needed to be rototilled. His quote was 75% less than anyone else I talked to. I kid you not. No exageration. At that price, it was like, «Why not try him?»
He came. He brought two rototillers, big and small. He worked his butt off in the sun. When things were done, a raw piece of land that had baked in the sun for several years without watering had been rototilled into beauty. Many cubic yeards of compost had been loving added in. I tipped considerably, and it still was just $ 200 for a backyard plot.
Oh yeah. Rocks removed too.
I’ll post photos soon. He does handyman stuff and sprinklers too. I can’t vouch for that, but I can sure vouch for the rototilling! You should see the garden now. Thriving.
