Being in professional services, I’m always critical of how I am treated when I am the client. I always pay attention to the quality of the answers given, the patience expressed, and the ability to make me feel that my best interests are being looked for. Sharie, Annie, and Jeff from Precision Real Estate Group met these expectations when my brother and I went through our home buying process.
One excellent trait of working with this team was the flexibility of scheduling meetings and home tours. Either it be Jeff, Annie or Sharie, they were able to find a time that worked for my brother and myself. During the process, we ended up meeting each one, and with each meeting they were able to answer our questions; no matter how many we asked and how many times we rephrased it.
Sometimes an issue I run into when working with multiple people on a team is their internal communication (ie, do I have to repeat myself). Precision was great in that they talked to each other about my brother and me. Our initial meeting was with Jeff, and after looking at a home, we had an in-​depth discussion about what our requirements were for our new home. It was a good talk to help us hone in on what we were looking for. Our subsequent meeting was with Annie to look at another property. It was a pleasant surprise Annie knew details of the discussion we had with Jeff. This was a good feeling.
The most important expectation I have is the ability to make me feel that you are working only for me. I have to deal with many clients and sometimes I’m juggling several at a time. I try my best to make each one feel they are my only client. Precision was able to convey that feeling to me. When I had questions, they answered them in context with past conversations. If a mistake was made, they were quick to correct it and it wasn’t repeated again, and if there was something that didn’t seem to our best interest, they were quick to fight for us.
The entire home buying process was going pretty smooth until the end of escrow. We noticed there were some late fees going to be charged against us by the seller without giving us prior knowledge, and in our opinion, were completely unwarranted. When Sharie found out about this, the pitbull in her came out and she started fighting for us to get those charges removed. She explained why she believed the fees were not justified and kept us in the loop until the charges were removed. Needless to say, a potential scenario that might have left a bad taste in our mouth was avoided.
Precision Real Estate acted just like their name implies, accurate and careful. They are great people to work and was a pleasure getting to know them. I will definitely be coming back to Precision with any future home endeavors.

I decided in January that I, as a single mom, wanted to purchase a home. I had heard horror stories about how long it would take to get a loan approval and how I would have to put 20, 30, maybe even 40 offers in before I had one accepted. Sharie Scott and the team at Precision Real Estate Group did an extremely good job of sheltering me from all this drama. I was immediately introduced to Eddie Luna, their mortgage specialist to get preapproved. Sharie set me up with an email alert that sent me properties that fit within my guidelines. It was simple. When I found one I liked I let her know and we went to view it. She was extremely flexible and was able to meet me when it fit into my busy schedule. If she wasn’t available someone on her team was. I found one I FELL IN LOVE with. Now it got real. I’m not going to say in was blue skies and calm waters, but the team at Precision Real Estate certainly know their stuff. To make a long story short my offer was accepted. There were counter offers and inspections and appraisals and more counter offers. Sharie was by my side the entire time making sure the deal went through. We closed on time and I had the house I was now going to make a home for my two kids and I. I believe the relationship your agent has with others in the industry and the professionalism they exude is extremely important when completing a real estate transaction. There is a solution or compromise for every situation. Buying a home is one of those big steps you take in your life. You need someone you feel comfortable with and can trust to handle the transaction. I highly recommend Sharie and her team and will use them again in the future.

4 months ago we weren’t sure we’d be able to get approved for a mortgage let alone find a home we could afford on our budget. Today we are all moved in and settled into our new home thanks to the hard work and dedication of Jeff Menendez, Sharie Scott and the team at Precision Real Estate Group.
