AMAZING! I just my car towed here to get my flat tired fixed, it was recommended to be by my boss as it is where we get our company cars serviced. I am so glad I chose to come here over any other tire place. Sergio was wonderful, so kind and helpful. The whole staff actually was great. Plus they have the cutest pup on the waiting area! I would recommend this place 10 times over, I would even drive up /​get my car towed from Huntington to have it serviced at Jerrys! Thank you again for the wonderful service and pleasurable experience!

I came in yesterday for a 4-​wheel alignment. The price was good and Bob said they would have it done in about an hour. I went to eat with my daughter who came with me and when I came back Bob was getting the paper work ready for me to sign.
I spoke with Bob for a few minutes and learned that he has been working there for over 30 years. That says a lot about this business and any future alignments I need for my car will be taken to Jerry’s.

My daughter in law had an emergency and had to get towed in to them near closing time they were able to get her back on the road within a reasonable amount of time and willing to stay late. Great service with reasonable pricing as a concerned father just want to extend appreciation and thanks to Larry and Sergio.

I’ve been here a couple of times for brake service, and have left satisfied with their work performance and recommended, honest additional repairs needed.

I stopped by this place I had a flat and found them on Unilocal. The best customer service I had. Juan the mechanic looked over my tire showed me what was wrong with it. He suggested a new tire. He gave me 2 different choices on tires to choose from. I found they looked out for the customers best interest and not to make a dollar. I found this place to be an honest and reliable establishment. Thank you for the excellent service Juan.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and I noticed that every time I came it seemed that they always found other item to repair. Well… My vehicles did have some miles on them so I justified all repairs. Until I needed the AC repaired. They installed a new compressor and within a few months the new compressor went out. I took it back and they installed another. Well… within 6 months of the second one, it also stopped blowing cold air. I was extremely busy but wanted to get back to Jerry’s before it got to hot. I made it back within 1 year of the second compressor being installed and was told that the manufacture would not warrantee it because they went back to the date the first one was installed. (Side note: between the first and second one they told me they were installing a different compressor from another manufacture) but Jerry’s said they would do the job for the cost of the materials. ($ 250) for the third compressor. I wasn’t very happy but went along with it. When I went to pick up my car… the engine light was on so I went in and they came out to reset the light and told me it would probably come back on because the CO censor was bad. I was puzzled… how did that just happen? At this point, I didn’t believe anything!!! I got home and found the censor to be unplugged. In my opinion, they wanted to try to recoup some of their labor. Nice people but be careful… At this point I can’t help to question the hundreds of dollars I spent with them in the past.

I won’t go back here again or recommend this place.

Got my alignment done here today. I usually use Bear alignment a couple doors down but they were busy and this loppy looking kid whom I’m guessing is a tech was acting like a schmuckatelli. Jerry’s was great except for Mr. Sergio whom I met when I walked in. He was just getting off the phone and basically gave me the «what do you want?» type of greeting. Bad attitude in general. Great! Another schmuckatelli. Grabbed his clipboard and walked passed me after I told him I needed an alignment. He took the info off of my truck and kind of ordered me to have a seat. Other clients walked in and the same schmuckatelli attitude was offered. A few minutes later, my truck was on the platform and my alignment has commenced. They were fast. Pauly, who was a gentleman, broke down my alignment changes. BTW Bob and Juan were great too. After Pauly was done briefing me, Mr Sergio didn’t hesitate, his next words weren’t «any questions? «or anything of customer service nature. It was the dollar amount I owed «sign here and here.» Now this is a shop that’s been here over 30 years and this a$$ clown is your first impression when you walk in. I’m all for investing money in my hometown businesses with great history but knowing that my dollar is employing people like this sack of crap, makes me wonder how they keep their doors open. It must be the community loyalty. I’ll tell you what though, as long as Mr Sergio is running Jerry’s front end, I can see that loyalty start to thin. Again, the service was quick. My alignment is on point Bob, Juan, Pauly and whoever else was running the rear were pleasant. If you still want to do business here, make sure you skip schmuckatelli and look for Bob or anyone else that’s available. They are there for your business.

I was previously here about a year ago before they updated the place, i paid $ 10 to get my flat tire fixed. I was happy with the quick service and quality of the job, i Even tipped the mechanic $ 5 for his service.
So recently came back here on Saturday (⁴⁄₁₁) to get a nail taken out of my tire and have the tire patched up. The cashier was a sarcastic smart ass, probably the same guy mentioned on the other review…
Took him 10 to 15 minutes to get my information, my cars information, enter it in their system, he then says that it’s a 45 minute wait. He then went to print out a paper for me to sign, He didn’t explain what I was signing. I noticed on the bottom of the paper it said $ 20.00. I asked what the $ 20.00 was for, sarcastically he says «to. Fix. Your. Flat.» All while rolling his eyes.
I said that it was too much to pay to remove a nail. Again, sarcastically he says «uh. Removing the nail. Is free». I felt it was too much to pay considering that the mechanic still needed to get tipped for his services. And paying a total of $ 25.00 is too much for a tire repair. so I said, «I’m sorry but that’s too much, thank you «. Got my keys and began to leave, The s.o.b. said «we could’ve gone over this before having me fill everything out». Jerk.
How about :
posting all of your prices?
Mentioning the price before gathering all that information.
Treat the customer with respect.
I ended up going to a small shop on grand and 3^rd, they charged me $ 12.00 to repair the flat, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes I gave him the full $ 20.00.
It’s been 4 days and my tire is as good as new.

I had a low tire and took my car to Jerry’s. They were awesome! Quick efficient and courteous. I had something stuck in my tire they fix it no problem and even showed me what it was when I asked about it. I recommend this shop to everyone! You won’t be disappointed coming here!

I am a business owner and Jerry’s takes care of our fleet of trucks. I have used other shops in the past and none of them have come close to the service and care that we get at Jerry’s. Thanks again Jerry’s for all that you do for us!

Been here multiple times and service has been good. Until recently came in for tire repair and the clerk that assisted me was a little rude. The guy made some smart remarks to what I had to say. The technicians are better to deal with.
Nice local shop but this time I did not have the best experience here.

I went to Jiffy Lube across the street from this place only for them to tell me that they could not get my oil plug off… So I asked my friend where she goes to get her oil changed. She said that the SAME Jiffy Lube wouldn’t change her oil either and recommended Jerry’s to me.
When I arrived I came to find that a few other family members and friends come here too! GREAT SIGN!
Their service was quick but thorough and they took the time to educate and inform me about the actions they were performing on my car.
I received an oil change and an inner fender replacement for only $ 48 and some change, which is extremely reasonable in my opinion (they even stayed late for me, which is GREATLY appreciated!!). They mentioned to me that I needed a lug nut replaced and that they would do it for a price of $ 45, which was nice to hear since another shop quoted me $ 100. I will be back shortly in the next week or two to get that replaced.
They were friendly and made the short wait pleasant. I will definitely be back and definitely will never even consider going to Jiffy Lube again.

Got a flyer for an oil change discount so came by. Nice people great customer service. Had some belts changed while I was there too! Highly recommend this mom and pop owned business!!!

Have been going to «Jerry’s» for over 35 years Larry and Bob are always great to see and deal with. Looks like there doing a little expanding too. Honest work and Prices and they honor their word !

These guys are awesome! Super friendly, took time to explain everything and then did work for cheaper than originally quoted. I got a high mileage oil change, 2 tires installed and balanced all for 130!!! Larry is the best!!! I will recommend these guys to anyone in the area.
