History
Established in 2010.
When I began my homesearch for investments in 2008, I was shocked to discover such a lack of service in the real estate. While many agents just didn’t call me back, or listen to my list of requests, others decided to add me to their «automatic email» chain, which with the oversupply of homes, just drowned my inbox with more junk, forcing me to do the work of the agent. I found myself searching on websites such as redfin, zillow, or ziprealty, and contacting the listing agent directly to view the homes I was interested in considering, which led to an escrow where I was on my own, with the listing agent looking out for himself. It was during this time that I decided to become a real estate agent.
Meet the Business Owner
Jonathan P.
Business Owner
While growing up, I enjoyed working with my dad building custom hillside homes in the south Orange County area, and soon began to learn from him what matters in running a business– taking care of your clients needs, and not accepting the roadblocks when you hit them.
I took over his construction company at an early age, due to his growing disability, and was forced to mature fast, and handle the issues that arose. While helping his company, I earned a degree in math and science, and then moved to an engineering firm, where my experience quickly pushed me to managing the small firm in nearly all aspects. But soon, I was pulled back into the construction field, and ran my own company for nearly a decade, and thrived on reputation and referrals from a quality and honesty driven company.
In 2010, I received my real estate license, where a hobby turned into a profession. I can’t think of a better job than fighting for my clients in a world of self serving agents.
