My twin sister and I have been going to Dr. Paul Kim & Dr. Lisa for the 15 years (Wow!). I have always been given superb service. They have helped me with a easy transition from Glasses to Contacts to LASIK. I love the cheerful helpful girls up at front desk who are always eager to help or answer any questions I may have. Lifetime Optometry will always be my #1 Optometrists for as long as they’re in business in my book!

These guys get 5 stars from me. They are very thorough in their work and do not give you the hard sell. Customer service is the best, bar none. They have a great selection of glasses from many, many different brands.
They have a waiting room with a TV and a play area for kids. They are on time with the appointments and you are in and out very quickly.

My children have been going to Dr. Paul Kim for a few years now. The Dr is great and always has great advice on how to better your vision. Staff members Leslie and Liz where super nice and helpful.

Dr. Kim examined my eye however he wasnt helpful in explaining the process and details of how everything works and costs.
I spent a totally of $ 80 for a box of color contacts w/​o prescription. Price isn’t bad and I’m waiting for them to arrive. The expectant wait is around 2 weeks. So excited to have them soon !!

I agree, the Doctors are great, I think they might be a husband and wife team? Not sure, but they are very nice, very friendly and very informative… unfortunately their office staff is not so great. I’ve been going to the office for 3 years only because of the drs, but now its time to move on… the girls are either in a bad mood or don’t know what they are doing. It’s like they’ve had no training, as if they were hired off the street. They always appear to want to be anywhere but working there:/

Dr. Paul and Dr. Lisa are awesome — friendly, hospitable and very fair, not trying to upgrade you or sell you on everything. We really appreciate their honesty and hospitable manner.
Their office is clean and kid-​friendly (video games and busy-​boxes, books for kids and a separate «ocean» kids’ room) so we know where we will be bringing our munchkin in a couple years when she starts her eye exams.
I recommended my mom to Lifetime and she also praised their professionalism.

The optometrists are really nice, but the girls at the front desk need to be friendlier and more helpful. They always tell me they will call me when my contacts come in and they never do. It took 3 weeks to get one pair of contacts. Go there for eye exams and nothing else.

Dr Kim and his office staff are the best! They are a very prompt, very well put together office. I have been seeing Dr Kim for maybe 3−4yrs now. Dr Kim takes the time to ask you questions and is very great guy. Alway a great selection of fashionable glasses and sunglasses with friendly knowledgeable staff ready to help me pick my frames. Choosing frames is tough!
I also want to mention this place is super kid friendly. Video games in the waiting room, too cool!
