History

Established in 2009.

Mariachi Corazon de Mi Tierra was established on the premise of being able to most effectively and professionally delivering the best quality of music in the world of mariachi.

The mariachi has performed at numerous events and occasions, including quinceaneras, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

The group has also played at different restaurants where the public would be able to see the group perform virtually anytime during the weekend. Pepe’s Seafood (El Monte, CA) from 2010 – 2011, El 7 Mares (La Puente, CA) 2011 – 2012, and La Barca de Jalisco (La Habra, CA) 2013-​present.

Business Owner

Christopher Rubalcava is a lifelong musician that has played the trumpet for the majority of 13 years of his life. Taking part in elementary, junior high, and high school concert bands, marching bands, jazz bands and honor bands, he has been able to successfully assert himself in any atmosphere of music. While in high school he began to learn mariachi music. Coupled with his intelligence in music theory and drive to succeed, he quickly was able to direct his own group named Mariachi Corazon de Mi Tierra. It is in this group where he is able make and produce arrangements and a great quality of music for the public to listen and love.
