I used Party Solutions for my baby shower couple of weeks ago. From the very beginning of the quoting process, they were incredibly helpful and professional. I was debating between two companies and ended up going with Party Solutions because of their professionalism and thoughtfulness. This is our 1^st baby so it had to be amazing… and it was! Our guests of 80+ were blown away by the size of the tent. It was better than I expected! The tables, chairs, and linens were as expected since we only requested the basics, but all in all… everything was beautiful. And the guys who did the set up and tear down were awesome. They were quick, informative, and called about 30 minutes before arrival. What’s nice is that our baby shower was on Saturday, but the set up was on Friday and the tear down was on Monday. This allowed us to decorate in advance and not feel rushed so that was great. My only suggestion is to supply the guys who set up with adequate supplies. Due to the windy weather, they had to use cable ties to keep the tent walls from flying around. They didn’t have any so we supplied them with what we had. Not that big of a deal and they may have ran out or something, but that was the only thing we would suggest for the future. Other than that, loved them and can’t wait to use them again!

Easy to book rentals. Delivery and pick up was seamless. My only real complaint was that every time I replied to an email or send one directly, it would come back undeliverable. Then I would call and it would go to VM and I would leave my message and a minute later I would receive an email reply from whomever regarding my VM.

Looks like they removed my review… this outfit is not your party solution. Rude and expensive. Quality of the chairs and tables is terrible. They messed up the order and then I couldn’t reach them to fix the order. Disaster!

I have worked with Party Solutions many times in the past and can say that I highly recommend their services to anyone. I was previously employed by a car dealership in the area and we use to use Party Solutions for all of our marketing events. They are very easy to work with and will go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. The people who work there often have great suggestions when you’re not quite sure what you need. 5 stars, and two thumbs up!

Great customer service from the people I dealt with, no complaints on how I was treated and the delivery guys were really quick with the unloading but I am giving this place a 2 star review because of the following; 1. The chairs and tables are in absolute horrible shape and seemed outdated. 2. After actually researching pricing in this market I found that I paid double price for certain items which is never convenient for customers yet my fault for not researching different rental company’s. 3. The words that best describe this experience is «false hope», the show floor room and actual business its self looks great, similar to all the photos uploaded by how knows who these people are, which is weird cause that furniture looks brand new, but when they deliver it, you can’t stop staring at the condition it’s in and what your guests are going to think. I have to say, I almost called the company back to tell them to come pick this crap from 1999 back up and give me my money back but it was too late for me to start all over. Check out the real photos of what you will be getting if you rent from here. I have posted them. Looks like it was picked up off the 91 freeway. I hope your business owner reads this and makes a decision to better the products you rent your customers, maybe even show them the quality of it first before they pay. I couldn’t give a 1 star because I like the employees but that’s about it.

My first time setting up an event for 75 people and found the staff at Party Solutions to be the MOST professional and friendly group to work with. Everything was delivered as planned and event went perfectly. The tables and Chairs were in excellent condition and tablecloths were spotless. I am so glad to know I can rely on them to provide excellent service and good products. Will definitely use them again!

I rented gold chiavari chairs with ivory cushions for a wedding on 04/​04/​2015.
The condition of the chairs were horrible. You expect there to be some scratches and dings but these chairs were severely damaged with scratches, scuff marks, dents, discolorations, and even two of the chairs had holes where it appears the legs were separating from the seat. We couldnt use those two chairs for fear of our guests falling.
The cushions were awful as well. Many had the zippers seperated and the cushion was showing through. Some of the cushions had been stapled to hold them together because the zipper was broken. The staples were showing and those chairs had to be placed in the back area because the guests in the rows behind those seats would see staples in the cushion.
I was so furious I called the office while they were being delivered and was transferred to the warehouse manager and was just continuously told, «well they are rental items». My thought is yes they are rentals but when they become damaged they need to be taken out and not continue to be rented.
I was told all they could do was offer me a 25% refund, which they did, but on my wedding day I could care less about a discount and only wanted chairs that were presentable.
My advice is do not use this company for chiavari chairs unless it doesnt matter what quality of chairs you will receive.

I used Party Solutions for my birthday party this past weekend. I rented the padded, foldable chairs and table linens. The quality of the linens were great and clean. The chairs were in good condition. The prices are reasonable too.
Tiffany and Nick were so helpful and easy to work with. I had last minute changes and they accommodated my changes without any hesitation. I also used their delivery service and they are on time.
I will definitely use them again for any future parties of mine!

We used Party Solutions this weekend for tables, chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, and beverage jars for a large outdoor party last weekend, March 15, 2015.
Tiffany was very helpful on the phone and knew the inventory well– we were looking for round tables with umbrellas which most rental places don’t have– and we had a tight budget and deadline as well to pull it all together.
The equipment was clean and in good repair, and worked perfectly for our party. Delivery was right when promised and the crew placed things, cheerfully, where we needed them. Linens were clean and pressed and in good repair too.
Communication was outstanding, from fast respond to emails as well as heads-​up calls from the delivery drivers.
Party Solutions was definitely a cut above other event suppliers we have used, and we’ll definitely call them again.

The chairs and tables are not in the best. Condition and their prices are high. The service is not the greatest.

Recently rented some tables, chairs and chafing dishes for Thanksgiving day and had such a good experience with this company. Ordering was super easy and they were really friendly when I needed to revise my order a couple times prior to my delivery. Delivery and pick up went super smooth and they were on time both days. I would definitely recommend them to others and I will for sure be using them again! Prices were very reasonable too. Thanks party solutions!

I have to say these people are really great. I was pleasantly surprised after getting a chance to peek in the back and find some great thing to rent and use at our party.
It’s a huge warehouse despite the small appearance from the outside. They have just about everything, in every color.

Love this company. I have been a customer for 5 years now and wouldn’t consider renting from another company. Every time I deal with party solutions on the phone, email, delivery and pick up has been very pleasant, professional and enjoyable. I always check my order upon delivery and have never had a problem. I highly recommend this company, they are reasonable, offer a great selection and do an outstanding job overall.

I contacted Party Solutions at the very last minute to secure some rentals for a bridal shower. Tiffany in the office was so incredibly helpful and accommodating despite my last-​minute requests. She followed up consistently, worked with me on adjusting the order multiple times and was so gracious when I explained to her that after all that, circumstances prevented me from renting anything at all. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service. And if I ever need to rent again, I will definitely be contacting Party Solutions.

I placed a short-​notice order for 2 outdoor heaters and 20 chairs for a party last month.
Ordering
The representative who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She was also up front with me and stating that the heaters that were available have a worn look to them as all the newer heaters were already reserved. I appreciated her candidness. She sent me an email confirming the order with the link for payment shortly after speaking. The online payment process was very easy and convenient.
Products
Chairs — They were the typical white folding chairs. Heaters — They were not as worn down as I expected which was a plus.
Delivery/​Pick Up
The delivery guy (sorry I cannot remember his name) was courteous. For the chairs, I didn’t need them set up but rather placed next to a backyard wall, which the Delivery guy completed with no issue. For the heaters, he them set up quickly and demonstrated how to use them. The same guy and other person performed the pick up and they both were pleasant. Both delivery and pick up were quick with no issues.
I will definitely use them for future needs and recommend them to others. The only reason why I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because my order was pretty small.

Don’t bother!!! So many other places to order from… Customer service was HORRIBLE! If you wanna be yelled at then this is the place to call. Ordered online and held the reservation with a credit card. Emailed them 4 days before event to change the cc and drop off info and they said ‘they never received the email’…so they were calling to tell me my card didn’t go through… DUH!!! Thats what my email said… Shes yelling at me and upset that I didn’t call her back after 2 calls… Ummm, yeah… some people work during the day… and news ALERT… why not try ‘emailing’ me, since thats how i placed my order in the first place, I was only ordering 2 tables, 20 chairs and a bar… Guess business is really hurting if she was sooooo concerned about getting her $ 100.00.
