Just called to check the times, worst attitude I’ve ever received. What kind of business let’s an employee treat a customer over the phone with such attitude.

This is definitely the place to go for that «last minute outfit»…be it cute enough for a baby shower, classy enough for a wedding or straight hoochie for the club! They have it all… even PLUS sizes. I’m not into cheap accessories so I usually pass on the section but there is lots to choose from. Sometimes the ladies that work at the cashier are pretty rude also which is annoying.

I love the clothes they’re very affordable and cute! However the employees are extremely rude and distrusting, they follow you everywhere and don’t give you your space to shop.

I’m all for variety and a good amount of stock, but… less is more, in some cases. That’s the case with this store for sure. They have LOTS and LOTS of EVERYTHING — blouses, jeans, dresses, school uniforms, men’s wear, shoes, lingerie, accessories and in every color and size one could imagine. This is not a good thing, in my opinion.
I believe that customers may have a tendency to just walk out of the store because there’s just so much product on the floor that it can be overwhelming. Having been here before, I came again to look for something patriotic and inexpensive for the Fourth of July festivities. There’s no rhyme or reason for the clothes that were displayed on the rounders though and the clothes were packed so close together that they often fell to the floor, when I was searching through the racks. I walked around confused for ten minutes and just walked out.
The personalities of the owners don’t help either. They’re not too friendly. Although I haven’t really interacted with them much, I’ve experienced their interaction with others a few times, arguing with one customer for trying to return something and rudely following a suspected shoplifter throughout the store. She didn’t appear to be doing anything suspicious that I could tell anyway.
On a positive note, I did have some luck finding some finishing touches to my Halloween costumes at Q & Q in the past, but that’s all I will give it.
I’m heading over to Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe, where I can probably find something cuter and just as inexpensive, without all of the confusion.

This place is huge. It has shoes, purses, hats, mens and women’s clothes. The service sucks. No greeting anywhere and no help anywhere. There weren’t to many things my style there in purses and shoes anyway.

I find all kind of jeans here for cheap and pretty decent clothes for very affordable prices, but the owners are awful! The lady at the cashier is always upset and hardly ever greet or thanks the customers!!! Change your attitude lady!

Love this place… you can get clothing for any weather and occasion, plus the accesories. for cheap… and its not all cheap quality either… guys and girls clothes… normal and plus sizes, jewelry, shoes, purses, scrubs, makeup… everythng u can imagine they have got it… I took my roomate here for the first time when we just moved out to corona and she was amazed… between me and her im sure we drop 100 bucks a week in this place =)
