This doctor including her staff is very unprofessional. My first time visit I waited for over an hour and a half. When I was finally called in I felt I was rushed. The doctor did not listen and didn’t even know I was a new patient. I was unimpressed. I was referred by my primary physician for my abdominal pain. This doctor was not caring and she did not take the time to exam me. She just referred me to take an ultrasound which I still have not received the results yet nor a phone call from this Doctor. It’s been almost two weeks now.

Dr Iyers office is great. The staff is knowledgeable. I was so nervous my first time, but i really felt like I was in good hands. I am a little skeptical/​unfond of the nearby hospital, but i trust their delivery center is probably awesome (as i have heard) due to the wonderful staff from this office that works over there. I highly recommend this office for your women’s health needs.

I am giving this place one star because they answered there phone when it rang. I was new to the area and dealing with a complicated early pregnancy. I explained this situation I was spotting, pregnant had low hormones and had seen my old I doc a week ago in the oc and he said I could maybe miscarry. This was off to and bad start and not the typical beginning of a pregnancy. I needed to know what was happening with this baby, basically I needed a ultrasound. I am not a doctor and am not one to tell them how to do there job, however in this situation you do not insist they have a consultation with you first then later a ultrasound. This was not a typical start of a pregnancy and in this case I needed to see a doctor not a er one but a gyno. After being put on hold for 15 mins by the receptionist then have they call disconnected I was told she would see if the doctor would be able to squeeze me in for a ultrasound find out what was happening, didn’t even know if I was still pregnant because of the up and downs of this pregnancy. She told me the doc would only do a consultation then wait like a week to do a U.S. I was 6 weeks so she could’ve done one no problem and at the least could have told me how the baby was looking. let’s first find out what is going on, I have no problem going for a consultation but let’s at least see where we stand. Then the receptionist told me to go to the er, for spotting? I thought that was the point of a ob/​gyn? I realized that by me going for consultation was one more visit they could charge my ins for and then I’m sitting waiting to see if I have miscarried for a week. I had no problem finding another doctor to do a ultrasound 1^st visit, they said if you are having problems we need to see what is going on with your baby. We can consult later. You do what’s best for mom and baby, sometimes that means doing things differently then your typical protocol. I feel I dodged a bullet with these people, from the office staff to the doctor!

Kayla the PA is awesome. Fastest (but still thorough) well woman exam I’ve ever had. The staff were all friendly and I look forward to future appointments here!

Love this doctor’s office been to many others of course but never before have I met a doctor and medical staff who are truly dedicated to the welfare of their patients. Normally when you have an appointment doctors just like to get you in and out and pretty much don’t bother to ask any other questions but here they do their best to make sure your comfortable and aware of what is going on. I’ve gone through a lot medically over the past 3 – 4 years and with the care I’ve received here I feel there’s hope for a brighter future. Without putting my whole medical history out there for the world to see I will say that without their expertise and caring personalities who knows where I would be today medically that is. I don’t care where I move to which more thank likely wont be that far I will continue to go here and recommend others as well. The only problem you migt come across at this facility is the space available there are sometimes way too many patients scheduled for the space open and the rooms are quite small as well but in a strange way that’s not so bad it gives you a since of importance because at the end of the day its you and the doctor.
