Let me begin by admitting I’m any dentist’s worst nightmare. I’ve got 10 blown discs in my spine, which means injections for surgery are useless (I wear a synthetic Morphine patch and pop Vicodin like they were Tic Tacs). A decade of pain meds ravaged my teeth, so I have more fake teeth than real ones. I walked in fully expecting to see rolling eyes due to all the challenges I present as a patient, and I also braced for «we have to extract» (it’s the easiest solution for any dentist). They let me know they could do root canals and save 3 of 4, and they could also bring in an Anesthesiologist since shots don’t work on me. They are also very reasonable and work within budgets, Dr Bhagat’s partner is as gentle-​mannered and cordial as any medical professional I’ve ever encountered (and I’ve met more Doctors than anyone you know). Lastly, their receptionist and Dental Tech (Ashley) were very sweet and engaging, she listened patiently and intently to my laundry list of medical challenges as though I were speaking to an old friend.
Like everyone, possibly even more so than most, I deplore going to the dentist, it’s quite embarrassing having such bad teeth when you brush 4 times a day, but his team left me with a feeling of hope and confidence, I will go out of my way to recommend them to anyone who needs a root canal or whatever work they offer. I’m not prone to blathering on about dentists, but I’m changing my tune after this experience. My highest recommendation, from someone who knows a lot of dentists! A+ I almost forgot, my wait was about 60 seconds, who does that?

I was referred here by my dentist from Riverside, I didn’t even know there were specialists who does root canals. WTF, why in the hell did my previous dentist do a root canal that I had to get retreated. Lesson 1: tell your dentist to refer you to an endodontist, 2^nd, come to this office, they’re professional, kind, caring, friendly, and their office is decorated in Tuscan motifs:-) When my wife’s dentist said she needed a root canal, I insisted she be sent here. Unbelievably, Bhagat’s office was less expensive and in line with our insurance prices, (her dentist was overbilling), so add honest to description to this place. This office is away from my house, but I would travel an hour for competence and honesty. Lastly… NO FREAking PAIN! They’re awesome!

Nightmare experience.
I was referred here by my dentist due to an emergent need to be evaluated for a possible root canal. Perhaps I was fortunate that they had an opening to take care of the unbearable pain I was experiencing, however I the pain after the procedure was just as bad.
First of all, this was not my first root canal: not proud of that part, but I can’t change it. This was the most uncomfortable experience I had with an endodontist and his staff. They seemed frustrated and treated me quite roughly during the procedure. The tooth that needed work was in the back of my mouth, it seemed like they expected my lower jaw to detach to make it easier.
Second, I know that keeping your mouth open wide during a dental procedure is key, however my jaw must have been closing a little due to fatigue, and the specialist told his assistant to hold my jaw open; how she did this was by putting the palm of one hand over my chin and then used her other hand to pull it down to keep my mouth open. What THE HELL?! I have never had an dental professional do that to me.
I am typically an assertive person and will ask questions about why and what is going on when I think something is up, but in this case I was in pain, I had all sorts of tools and gadgets in my mouth and I just wanted it to be over with.
The final part that really upset me was the X-​rays at the end: I had an expander put into my mouth amongst other tools but the assistant was being so rough and impatient with me when taking X-​rays that she was making me choke and gag.
I informed my dentist Eagle Glen Dental of this nightmare and that I hope they will never refer to this «specialist» again.
People like this should find another calling besides torturing people at their most vulnerable in tooth pain.

Unfortunately, I’ve needed to come here on 2 separate occasions for root canals. I was referred to this office by my primary dentist and they were great both times. I have a fear of the dentist and get anxiety during my visits. They were kind and patient with me, and explained the procedure and what would happen next throughout the process to try and make me feel as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them to anyone!

Went in on a Saturday for a root canal consult that was scheduled for Tues. Met with Dr. Bhagat and he went over the whole procedure in detail. They ended up having an opening and offered to do my procedure. I was a little hesitant since it was my first root canal and I was a little nervous. I agreed to the procedure and Dr. Jaydeep Talim ended up treating me. The procedure was long, but throughout the whole process Dr. Talim kept asking how I was doing and even massaged my jaw after I made a comment that it was feeling sore. After the root canal was done, he explained the recovery process and went over the prescription information. I did not feel any pain after the anesthesia wore off! Everyone says this is an extremely painful procedure but I somehow did not feel a thing. Did not need to take pain meds, which I don’t like to do anyways. I hope I never have to do another root canal, but in the event that I do, I definitely will be coming back here!

Referred to Dr. Bhagat for a root canal and he discovered that I had two molars that needed saving. He took me in as an emergency appointment because I was dying of pain. I took all the X-​rays and did all the paperwork in less than 5 minutes. The root canals were done under iv sedation and local anesthesia which was great– I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort at all. He was funny and very sensitive to my needs. I am not excited about needles or drills so dentists are not my favorite place to be. He was great and I highly recommend him.

I hate going to the dentist and going to the endodontist is even more terrifying. I have been referred to this office several times because of some teeth issues. I must say that they are great. I was having some shoulder pain during the procedure (which was not related to the reason I was there). Dr. Bhagat told the dental assistants that he would take care of the root canal and he asked them to do everything possible to make me comfortable with my shoulder. The office staff are really nice too. The office is top notch. So if you have to go through a root canal or other dental procedure, I highly reccomend this office.

This dentist is an Endodontists (endodontists) specialist. He is GREAT! very nice professional office and staff. they are «people person» good customer service and friendly. But Dr. Nagai is extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and excellent in what he does. I highly recommend this specialist to anyone who needs to go here. I wish he was a regular dentist!
