December 2015. Jorge showed up on Saturday morning when I called about both toilets clogged and dirty water backed up in shower and tub. I had already poured bottles of Drano down all four drains. He couldn’t find a clean-​out valve, so he opened the septic tank and shoved an electric snake into it. The tank was nearly empty because it was drained a few months ago. His industrial drain cleaner broke? stopped working? so he began pushing it in and pulling it out by hand. I don’t know what he was doing in the tank. He pulled up crap. He tried to force the snake into a horizontal pipe he had no access to. After an hour of this, he climbed to the roof to try to clean out through the vents using his broken, mechanical snake. He was up there about two hours. He finally came to my front door completely filthy and told me I needed to get someone with a camera and a mechanical snake that worked to come fix the problem. I asked why he didn’t call his own company, but he said that he was the only one who worked weekends. $ 280 plus a second night in a hotel.
Sunday morning, I called RotoRooter and they fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes with a camera and a snake using the roof vents.

I’d give 0 star if possible. On Friday night, I got a leak from ceiling so I called. Made an appointment for Sat at 10am. The plumber doesn’t show up. Called the office at 10:30 asking whereabouts of the plumber. They paged the plumber, I got a call back around 11am and tells me he’s still going to take an hr or 2 to come. Why can’t he call me and tell me at my appointment time? Because I had to leave, rescheduled for Sunday morning at 9.
Same plumber called at 9(which is my appointment time) on Sunday telling me he’s on his way. Does he show up? NO. So I made a call at 10:30 asking ETA then he tells me he got pulled to another job. HELLO? CAN YOU STOP WASTING MY TIME??? The plumber said the office was supposed to have called me but they didn’t.
This business only wastes your time and is disrespectful. I wouldn’t have written this review if they gave me a courtesy call instead, just left me waiting like a fool, wondering if the plumber was going to show up. Wasted my precious Sunday morning with my family!!!

RAM Plumbing is great! I called them to get a second opinion on my sewer line. We had a blockage in our sewer line and RAM’s competitor found a broken backwater valve. The replacement/​repair would involve a 3’x3’x3’ trench, city permits, 2 days of work, etc. $ 3,400!
Jorge with RAM came out this morning and found the backwater riser in our planter. He replaced the valve by using a wrench… (No trench, city permits, etc.). Jorge was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will always go to RAM first!

Ram plumbing was great. When I called at 1:30 on a Saturday, their answering service answered. She told me she would have their on call guy call me. He called me within 20 minutes. He was in my area and was at my house a little after 2. He was very professional. When he did not find direct access to our plumbing from outside, he went on our roof instead of pulling the toilet so water would not go all over our bathroom floors. Within an hour, our drains were unclogged and working great. Great customer service.

I used Ram Plumbing Heating & Air to do a video cam recording of the sewer lines for my client who was purchasing a property. At first we had a little trouble with their video equipment, but Ram made sure the inspection got done. Dennis and Scott were great, they troubleshooted the problem and assured me it would get done and it did. They were even able to email me the video and it was easy paying the invoice over the phone!

I found this plumbing and AC company very responsive and very skilled. I called their plumbers for two jobs. One of them was small, but the other involved leaking sewer/​shower drain that required opening the wall. In both cases the customer service was good and the plumbing repairs were done perfectly with no follow up needed. I found the pricing very reasonable, and I liked that they had all they needed in the truck, which helped finish the plumbing repair service quickly, which is exactly what I had expected based on my tight schedule.

We called RAM plumbing for a simple leak in the ceiling (after hours). The technician gave me the evening rate and estimated it would only take an hour — so we asked him to come over and fix our leak (we had a local option but we wanted a company with good reviews online).
He arrived and started to work on the leak in the ceiling. I had provided the ladder and the tarp for the mess (anything to speed up the process and get him out quicker because I know they charge by the hour). He began to cut the ceiling and remove the faulty pipe.
Unfortunately, he spent a good ~20 minutes in the van, came back smelling of cigarette smoke and had a small box of tools and one copper pipe. He cleaned the pipe in our living room on the tarp and the rest of the fix took a good 5 minutes.
He took his tools and pipe back out to the van and i cleaned up the tarp myself once the fix was completed.
By the end of the night, we were disappointed with the service provided and worst part was the $ 450 dollar bill. This bill was not what we were expecting at all considering I had provided the ladder, the tarp, helped the technician bleed the upstairs/​downstairs lines and even shut the water on/​off to test the repaired pipe. So much for trying to save time and money.
Was the leak fixed? Yes. Would I recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair price and good customer service? Nope.

Jaime came out at 1930 today to check my air conditioner that was not working. He replaced a broken wire and it is working great now. He also spent some time showing me how to operate my thermostat. Jaime was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very happy with the service I received.
I will certainly call Ram Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning the next time I have a problem.

If i could rate them 10 stars I would! Jamie and his assistant Joey was very professional and provided excellent service. They checked what was the problem, ordered the part, went to go pick up the part, came back and fixed our AC all in the same day! This is the second time that we’ve used them and both times have been very pleased!!! I would recommend them to anyone that need heating and Ac fixed!

Agree with other Unilocalers, Ram Plumbing Heating & AC is top notch.
AC was out upstairs. Called on a Tuesday morning and they offered to come out that day! When that wouldn’t work for me, we set an appointment for the following day. Their question: «What time would you like us there?»
Who in the contractor service industry asks that?
I chuckled and said, «How about 8 AM tomorrow?»
«Okay, we will call you when we are on our way.»
Skip to next morning at 7:40 am. Ring-​ring.
«Hello, I wanted to let you know our technician is on the way and will be there by 8.»
20 minutes later: Ding-​dong. Right on the dot.
The problem was diagnosed quickly, the technician, Jaime, and his assistant, were professional, courteous and pointed out the issue so that a layman could see the problem.
90 minutes later I had a system that was repaired and tuned up and I was heading upstairs to turn the AC off because it was too cold.
I will keep Ram’s card handy and will not only call them should trouble arise but will also recommend them to my friends.
They are proof that you can find exquisite service when calling for home repairs. I wish all others were half as good.

Excellent residential and commercial HVAC contractor in Corona! We used Ram Plumbing Heating and AC couple of times for air conditioning repair and service. In both cases we had A/​C problems after the typical business hours, and in both cases we got them on the phone right away and the technician was at our door very quickly. Each time they were able to troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed the same day, which made our day. It definitely wasn’t fun to sweat in the heat, so the quick service was greatly appreciated!
Not many air conditioning/​HVAC contractors are open 24/​7, so this company earned our business by offering that extra customer service in addition to super quality work. Soon, we will be hiring this company to do a complete air conditioning system installation/​replacement for our home. We can’t wait to be able to cool the house down in 15 minutes instead of 2 hours and save on energy at the same time.

The best! Whether its plumbing issues or AC and Heating problems they are the only company I will call. I always get my AC tuned up for Summer and Heating checked for Winter not only does it save costly time, but also money in the long run.
Call them you will be pleasantly surprised by their prices.

I called later in the day, around 7pm and was able to get someone to come in the following day to check my broken air conditioner. It has been blowing hot air for weeks now. Jessica confirmed the appointment and they actually called me half an hour before before coming, so I did not have to leave work too early and wait for hours. Kevin was the technician who came. we feared that we would have to replace the unit altogether. He was honest that our unit may eventually be need to be replaced but that adding coolant would bring us through the summer at least. I thought the price to add coolant was fair, however, I have no idea if it was too much. He did give me a quote to replace the unit which seemed fair. service was courteous and would definitely use them again.
Oh and they seemed to not have fake reviews like the many other companies on Unilocal
