This has got to be the worst company in the history of the planet. Whatever you do, AVOID them at all costs!
They never respond to your voice mails or emails. Okay, maybe your emails a week later. By then, you’ve already taken care of the problem. They are unprofessional, and they do not try and work with you. The house was filthy when we moved in… all they did was shampoo the carpet or something. Even then, my feet turned black after 1 night of walking with no shoes. After vacuuming the first week, it’s bearable. A lot of the appliances didn’t work either.
Also, if you input your account number wrong on a rent payment & it bounces back, even if it’s ahead of the due date, they make you pay with a cashier’s check for the next 6 consecutive months… which costs $ 10 per check… that’s another $ 60 down the drain. All because I tried to pay my rent ahead of time but made an honest mistake & accidentally forgot 1 number in my checking account number.
I went to their office, the lady who helped me was walking around barefoot… GROSS!
If you want to be consistently let down and frustrated, then they’re the company for you!

I will never rent a property from this company.
We chose a house and filled out the application. My fault, I forgot some things and it needed to be filled out again. We were charged twice for the application fee. Okay, whatever.
I had to stalk Pamela Stables (e-​mails, left messages) to get any kind of response on the application and when I finally spoke with her, she told me she was speaking to another client and told me she would call me back, just said, «Bye» and hung up. Didn’t even wait for me to speak.
Weird. Okay. She’s busy. I get it.
She e-​mailed me and told me she could approve us for move in that day. We raced around to get her the holding fee of $ 1,000.00 overnight (we are on the east coast, so three hour time difference and our bank was closed for the night).
After all of that, she e-​mailed us a few days later and told us the owner denied our offer because our income was too low, yet our military housing allowance would cover the cost of rent with no issues. Here we were under the impression we had the house, so a huge weight was lifted off of our shoulders. I showed pictures to our daughter who was so excited about a swing set in the backyard.
When my husband asked her questions, she completely avoided answering them and asked us if we wanted one of the other homes they had to offer instead.
Oh. They also ran our credit twice.
I believe Pamela Stables just doesn’t care about her job, or truly hates it, or just dealing with people in general, which should lead me to believe she should maybe look for a new job.
I do not recommend this agency to anyone unless you want to stalk someone for answers, and then not get them when you actually speak with her. Or have your hopes shit on. Your choice.

I am writing to express dissatisfaction with my recent experience with this company. I was very interested in renting a property listed on this company’s website and attended a viewing of the property. I’m not sure if Pamela Stables is actually as unprofessional as she seems or simply incompetent. I arrived at the showing ten minutes early, as did most of the other interested parties. Not only was Pamela the last to show up, but she seemed genuinely indifferent as to whether the property would be rented. The property was in no condition for a showing. The occupants were still living there and the place was a mess. When I attempted to confirm that the property would be ready by the May 1^st move-​in date (This particular viewing took place on 22 April), she simply shrugged her shoulders with her arms crossed and said she could not guarantee anything. I found this extremely unacceptable not only because the website clearly stated that the property is available for May 1^st move in, Pamela confirmed this once again in her first email. I feel that, perhaps, in this case the word «tentatively» should have been included in the advertisement for this property. Long story short; after dealing with Pamela’s condescension for about five minutes, I knew that she was not someone with whom I wanted any legal involvement.
Two stars only because I honest do not believe that Pamela is an accurate reflection of the company itself
