SoCal RV Rentals

We had the best time on our vacation. the c class RV that we rented from April was easy to drive and very comfortable and had all the amenities of home. i would recommend so called RV the whole experience was fast and easy and we would definitely rent from them in future :)

We purchased a used Fleetwood 23E with low miles, a slide out and hydraulic levelers. Jeff was knowledgeable and easy to work with regarding our requests for a complete maintenance service on all systems. When we came to pick it up, the unit was cleaned beautifully and he even recoated the roof at his own expense. The experience was warm and very satisfying and even after the sale, he responded to my calls and answered every concern I had (I am a first time buyer) and there were a few. The workmanship on improvements, the office staff, April, and Jeff’s diligence and responsiveness added up to making loyal customers of us and we highly recommend them to anyone interested in a great mobile home experience.

We went to glamis Halloween 2015 and rented from SO CAL RV and the experience was horrible. It was pretty painful. Our first day of camp I had taken my boys showers and the toy hauler shower was clogged that nobody else took showers after that BC of a clogged tub. The battery wasn’t also holding charge so we had to jump it each time we wanted the light on. We got a bad trailer and not only that. We tried renting from them again to see if by renting from them again we could get another BETTER working trailer and the lady that answers the phones couldn’t accomadate the nights that we wanted to stay and basically told us this is what we have. Take it or loose it! Such horrible customer service that I will never rent from that place EVER AGAIN. I hope they go out of business!

If I could leave zero I would this company is terrible!!! Jeff is a money greedy individual. All he wants is to make him self more money and doesn’t care if he is selling you a broken unit! Warning do not go there

Last month I purchased a used Holiday Rambler RV from Jeff. His staff was very helpful. I had some unique requirements for the length of the trailer so the site manager handed me a tape measure to be sure I chose the correct trailer for my needs. I went back three times to check, double check, even triple check everything. I agreed on a model and a price, Jeff delivered it for me so I could see how to navigate me steep and narrow driveway. I waited a month before posting to be sure that everything was fine. In fact, the trailer exactly meets my expectations and I am completely satisfied.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience with SoCal rv. I had been looking for a trailer for several months with no luck. I came across a jayco trailer that I fell in love with at NorCal rv. I contacted the dealer and spoke with Jeff. He assured me that the trailer was in great condition with no problems. I asked several questions about the trailer and it’s condition and he kept reassuring me that there were no problems and it was like new. After speaking with him for more than a week, I put a deposit down on the trailer. I drove 8 hours to get to this place 8 hours, and when I arrived Jeff was not even there like he said he would be. I ended up dealing with some young guy that was very unprofessional. He took me to the trailer and I was so upset. There was a huge dent in the side and a gash that you could see through. The trailer was filthy on the outside. He had opened up the trailer and what a mess it was inside. There were stains all over the carpet and dirt everywhere. They didn’t even take the time to vacuum it. I told him I was mad and his response was” you need to go smoke a little weed” I was appalled. I tried calling Jeff and he kept rejecting my calls. The guy that was helping us called him and he would pick up for him even though he knew my number. I asked for the price to be lowered due to damage and no detailing like I was told. He would not come down on the price. I became furious. I left to go think about it. I went back and bought the trailer. They attached the tow hitch and that was all. My husband had to drive the truck and trailer to the closest parts store to buy the trailer brake attachment with no breaks. When I got home there was no pro pain in the tanks. They had told me that they filled them up and did not. I also found water damage under the sink. DO NOT GO TO SOCAL RV. If you do you will b disappointed and have a lot of cleaning to do like I did. Jeff… You are not a business man and suck at your job. I hope you go out of business so other people do not have to go through this horrible experience like I did.

We bought our 2008 keystone sprinter for $ 11,900 a year ago last March 2014. This place was such pleasure to work with. I was very hesitant on buying a used trailer and because it was such an amazing price, it seemed way to good to be true.
We our currently on our 6^th camping trip and still everything works great.
The owner Jeff was so nice and told us go through the trailer and let me know if anything is broken and I will have my guys fix it. I’ve recommended so many people to this place and highly suggest you check it out!

RUN! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! WATCH OUT FOR JEFF, HE IS A LIAR & THEIF!!! This dude is shady, he will try to steal your money any way he can. He will try to find any way to charge extremely ridiculous cost to keep all your money. FOR REALS!!!, stay away from this place, go rent from somewhere else. Don’t learn the hard way. This dude lied to my face, and did completely opposite of what he said he would. No integrity at all for a business owner!!!

We bought our brand new 2015 Genesis Supreme from So Cal RV a month or so ago. Jeff helped us along with the buying process and made sure we got everything we asked for. He was wonderful! We couldn’t ask for a better deal! We got the trailer of our dreams at a much better price than competitors around town!
We looked at a massive competitor’s lot (rhymes with schmiant RV) and they didn’t give me the time of day nor would they answer any questions I had. We never felt pressured or beneath anyone at SoCal RV like we did elsewhere.
Finally took it out for its maiden voyage and came across some bumps in the road. We contacted Jeff and he helped us get things sorted out right away. (first time trailer owners)
All in all this company made sure we were happy and is always there to answer questions if needed. Sending family and friends your way SoCal RV!

I purchased a Trailer from this outfit a few months ago. What a horror show this whole deal was. I can’t say if anything was intentional or willfully negligent, but minimally, Jeff needs to get a grip on how to run his business if that’s not the case. The trailer i bought for top dollar was a giant piece of garbage, and that is putting it nicely. The list of things that went wrong with it, or that were cobbled together so that they would last 30 days is so long i simply cannot put it in here (not exaggerating, it’s like 30 things, including an entirely new electrical panel) but the worst thing of all was how dirty it was. You could not tell how dirty it was when I went to get it (despite the fact that i had an appointment to come see it, which i showed upa couple hours late for i admit — they parked it outside, not plugged in), it was the surfaces, and inside drawers etc. I took pics and to their credit, they refunded me about $ 400 or so bucks but the smell of bug spray the first two weeks (which, when i went to buy it was not present) basically made my life a living hell. There were dead bugs in the vents, bug eggs all over (I took many pics).
It says they are closed but I think they are still open but just moved so if you buy from these guys, you better really, really know your stuff. I was a first time buyer and easily deceived. Knowing what i know now, i wouldn’t have given half what i gave for this trailer (and i imagine they bought it from auction for about a quarter what they sold it to me for).
