Well, they have done it again. Raised their prices. For a venti caramel Frappuccino it was already up to $ 4.95 and now today it has gone up to $ 5.25. This, from a company that can hardly ever get the drink right in the first place. I was barely okay with the $ 4.95 but now I am definitely not going to pay $ 5.25 for a drink that is lucky to cost them a $ 1.25 and is mostly ice. What a disappointment. You would think that they would be more concerned with their training program if they expect people to pay such high prices. I am going to empty my gold card and sadly it is no more Starbucks for me. I can only hope that more people jump on this bandwagon so that they come to their senses on a proper price point

They always make my drinks on point here! Even though there are two drive through Starbucks near by I would rather park and get out to go to this one because I know they aren’t going to screw up my order. Plus it’s inside of Albertsons so that’s always nice if I need to pick anything else up.

I go to this starbucks almost everyday, I work next door, so due to Convince I go there. They make there drinks so different Everytime. Not very friendly. Always 15 minute wait. Slow. Don’t serve in turn.

I don’t get the bad reviews for this Starbucks. The girl working was fast and friendly and made me an excellent Frappé. The only downside would be that since they are located inside Albertson’s they don’t take the Starbucks loyalty card, so no points on this coffee. Plenty of parking and if there is a wait you can grocery shop until it’s ready, win win in my book, I’ll be back!

It’s close to home but i try not buy drinks here. Only during shopping trips and have that strong withdrawal symptoms from caffeine. Customer service bounce between good and bad. Mostly bad. There’s no creamer or half & half by the sugar area. So if you want creamer, you need to ask for it every time. One time I asked for them to add creamer to My three shots over ice. They charged me FORTHECREAMER. I normally just do it myself at the normal Starbucks,(you know: I buy drink, go to sugar & creamer station, add sugar amd half amd half, put lid on, enjoy) but since they don’t have any creamer out… I just hate asking for it. They usually give you a weird look, the look: like, do you think cream and sugar grows on tree or something, you think there free? Also the same thing goes for the raw sugar packets. Three staff working behind the counter, but the wait time is usually twice as long as a normal Starbucks. Not sure the Starbucks in supermarkets should be called authentic, they look really authentic, but from my experiences, they seem like a water down version.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! There were 3 people infront of me and service was very slow. Seems as tho cashier was having trouble. Manager of Albertsons came to help out the growing line. Manager rang me up. I ordered 2 drinks 1 hot 1 Frap. When drinks were delivered they were both hot. I noticed the girl(Marisa) who was the barista was very rude, short, and un helpful to the customers who were before me. I pushed the drink towards her and said its suppose to be a frap. The other woman working Elana said no its right thats what was rung in. Marisa said she said no. Now mind you its been over 10 min now since I ordered when I got my drink. After everybody who was behind me got their drink and noticed no frap being made I asked where my second drink was. I guess Elana was having a bad day because SHESTARTEDARGUINGWITHME. Telling me how the order was not wrong there are 20 drinks before mine. Everybody who was behind me already had left the store. She kept arguing with me. A customer told her, why dont you just say your sorry and make the drink she ordered. I could not believe the customer service of these 2 woman. It was a scene and we were yelling at each other. I just wanted my drink I ordered. My husband and baby waited for me in car. The whole experience took ½ hour. The manager had to come and take care of the situation. She was very apologetic. I will never go to this Starbucks again. Elana and Marisa, if you read this you 2 should not work in customer service at all. Your attitudes suck!

My boyfriend and I have each had a separate bad experience at this Starbucks(inside Albertsons). When my boyfriend went here a month or so ago, the gentleman who was working did not know how to make Tea… He was in fact training, but his trainer did nothing to make sure he at least made the order well. The tea had too many tea bags and was overflowing. Anyway, the real reason I’m writing this review is because of my experience today. I came into Albertsons on a mission for Starbucks so I went straight to the kiosk, and there were 2 little girls in front of me and 1 gentleman waiting for his drinks at the counter. I waited for a few minutes while the lady working was making drinks but after a while of her ignoring the guests at the front, I decided to grab some energy drinks. I went back to Starbucks after about 5 – 10 mins, got the attention of the barista and asked if I could purchase my drinks when I buy my coffee and she said yes. Soo I got back in line behind the 2 little girls still standing there. She did not say a word to anyone for 5 more minutes then she says that it would be faster if I buy my drinks in the store checkout. So I did. Then I went back to Starbucks and got back in the same short line. The barista finally brought 2 drinks to the counter and announced that these 2 iced teas were for the gentleman still waiting by the counter. I have now been in the store for over 10 minutes and she just completed one order that she took before I entered the building. She then took the 2 girls orders with some trouble it seemed because she kept looking at some paper and didn’t ring them up very quickly. I knew I would be miserable waiting for her to make those girls drinks and I would still have to wait for my drink if I ever got to order, so I left. Woorrst, slowest Starbucks ever, especially for how few people there were. Never again!

Poor customer service. Café Americano — asked for room for cream. Cup was delivered half full!!! When asked for more coffee the reply was water… Really? I said no coffee please — she stated its expression and it’s .75 cents more. I said maim(girl) the cup is half full?!(Grande) why would I pay for a medium and get a small instead. She said its just hot water — took my cup and proceeded to fill with hot water! I was so upset that I left and dumped the coffee — first time, last time!

I dropped by this starbucks on my way to an interview. It is located inside the albertsons, but there are a few small tables and chairs for those who want to sit and drink their coffee in peace(or wait for their family members to finish shopping). The employees were very nice and friendly. They made small talk, or full on conversations with the regulars. It was clean, the employees were friendly, and they made my drink correctly. I am a fan =]

This Starbucks is inside Albertson’s. You are able to contact them with Alberton’s number and get transferred over. What I never realized about the Starbucks in Albertsons is that you get a free drink after you 10th order. Should I feel shame that they bought an extra star for that. The staff here is friendly and they have not screwed up on my order yet. I go here while I wait for my daughter’s piano class to be done few stores down.
