Family owned and operated for over 13 years. We service students living in the Corona/​Norco, Riverside, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Temeucla, Orange County areas. Our training staff makes the difference. All of our instructors are either current or former law enforcement officers. Who better to teach your new driver than a Cop? We offer online driver education and behind the wheel driver education. We are the only driving school in the area will an all law enforcement training staff. We do not teach students to just pass the drive test. For eleven years now, our staff has been teaching students to be safe, educated, defensive drivers. Established in 2010.

Start Out Smart Driver Education is owned and operated by Paul Bartram, a 20 year law enforcement vetern and a father of 6 boys. Paul has three young drivers in his home, so Paul can personally understand every parent’s concerns about their new drivers. As a police office, Paul worked with new officers in police pursuit driving. For the past either years, Paul has been working with young drivers. Now with his own company, Start Out Smart educational staff are all law enforcement officers, many with families and the the own young drivers. Start Out Smart is the official driving school of Riverside Community College District.
