My name is Tamara Eckenrod. I thank you and I welcome you to our Real Estate Team. I graduated from SDSU in 2003 with a Bachelors in Business Administration. I have a seven year lending background where I lent in 50 states. In 2007 I joined a real estate firm when the market had turned and everyone was quitting or going out of business. I recognized an opportunity and created my niche market. I made the market by helping real estate investors purchase at trustee sales, rehab the property, make affordable housing for new buyers and realize profits. It has been a passion of mine being involved in such an important event in people’s lives.
