Again and as always… Kenny Daley is the greatest. He and his team do solid work and always get the job done. My favorite tech is Andrew, what a great guy. They always come through… they always get it done!

I had a snake stuck in the drain. These two «plumbers» couldn’t figure out how to get it out. They are now using the name walden heating and air and moving to corona.
After calling back the company, the owner sent out the field manager who corrected a couple issues. He also seemed very sincere about helping me.
The owner has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I wasn’t satisfied, so he refunded the fee.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They are a rip off!!! They charged me 127 dollars to cut a hole in my ceiling and then tried to charge me 675 to fix a pinhole leak. I called another location about pinhole leaks and they said the would only charge me 125 plus materials which would be way less. Don’t Use Them!

Had the best experience with his company and the service technician Andrew Aguirre and Jonathon his Trainee. First off woke up at 6:30 am to water shooting out of my house to my front yard… to dark for me to do anything, so went into work and got on the web and typed in «Need plumber now» and The Prompt Plumber pulled up right away (kudos to the marketing team, your efforts are paying off) so called the number and they were able to send someone out right away (in the rain). Andrew and Jonathon were here when I pulled up, where he had already turned off the main water. They. We’re both friendly and professional and made me feel that all will be okay. Andrew gave me options on what could be done to fix the problem. I optioned for option 1 to fix the immediate problem and will have them back to fix the not so immediate ones in the future. Price was great, service outstanding and that is how we create lifetime business relationships. They were even gracious enough to fix my shower handle (which has been off for years) at no charge. That was really nice… I highly recommend their company and ask for Andrew Aguirre and Jonathon… they were awesome.

There should be a way to give less than zero stars. I called this plumber and was given an appointment two days after my call. I waited the entire window of time only to be called by the company to say that the repairman couldn’t come until late afternoon (wasting my entire Saturday). I told them to forget it… clearly NOT a reputable company. I got another plumber and you should too!

I came home from work one day to find a busted toilet and a flooded bathroom. The Prompt Plumber sent out Andrew who was on time, friendly, and worked quickly to solve our problems. I’ll be giving him a call for any future plumbing issues.

Our toilet was backing up into both bathtubs. We called Prompt and a plumber was here that afternoon.
Pedro was on time, clean and professional. He explained our options and was very helpful. He cleared the blockage AND cleaned up his work area.

You lied to us. You said on the phone it would only be $ 77 for a clogged toilet. When the guy showed up, he charged me $ 189. I will be reporting this on Unilocal and BBB. Even your website is deceiving! Unbelievable.

No one likes plumbing problems, but when you run into one… Call Prompt Plumber first. Yesterday, I came home from work to find my kitchen sink had become clogged and dirty stinky water had spilled all over the ground. Yuk! I desperately tried to fix it myself– even copying Youtube «how-​to» videos. No luck. I called several local plumbers– all rude or didn’t have an appointment for 2+ days. Then I came
across Prompt Plumber! Anna answered right away– was attentive and honest. She sent out a plumber within the hour! He was awesome! He was informative, very tidy and successfully completed the job with a great attitude. He wasn’t in a rush and took the time to explain how the sink got clogged to prevent future mishaps. Bottom line… I highly recommend Prompt Plumber!

If Unilocal had 0 stars, I’d be most likely to give that. I do not know what type of service or price they have because they never showed up!
I’m not the kind of guy to write these things, I basically think Unilocal is a shake down for businesses. However, I scheduled a time for these guys to meet me, my home seller, the home buyer and their agent at 9 am 5÷5÷2015. At 8:55 am, I received a call from the office telling me that all their plumbers were busy in the field.
They left me looking like an idiot standing with the three other people in the rain. Literally it was one of the 3 days it rained in So Cal this year.
If you do use them and have a great experience, I think you should also write a review, but before you call, remember, my experience sucked.

If I could give no stars I would. I was in desperate need for a plumber to be on time. I know it wasn’t a huge plumbing issue so I just went by their name to be on time. They gave an hour window I got a call at the very end saying that he was caught up somewhere would be another hour and then drove from Irvine. You would think if your name was prompt you would have more then one plumber on call. Horrible service man argued with me and acted like it was my problem and that they are 100% of the time on time … Um no

‘The Rip Off Plumber’. $ 500 estimate to repair a faucet leak that required a valve adapter we couldn’t find. Called them because it wss a free estimate. Joey claimed that we would not find it as it is only sold to contractors. I questioned estimate and the sales pitches started rolling out. Adapter cost was $ 109 each. Needed two. Balance was labor.
Well, told him I would think about it. Went to Home Depot and found the part. Total adapter cost for two, $ 9.50.
Total joke. Just a good guess but the 5 star reviews must be employees.

Don’t use this company –period. They sent Henry M. out to our home to diagnose a sewage smell. He ran up a lengthy list of thing he wanted to do, we limited him to snaking a toilet and shower drain. He wanted to remove a toilet 2 floors away from where the problem was. Then he decided to leave the water running in the basement room while he worked on the main clean out. Honestly its unclear whether he got permission to work on the main from my wife but after 30 minutes, he went back downstairs where the water had been running the whole time to find the apartment flooded with sewage. My wife worked for an hour cleaning up and gagging. Henry M. called the office and after a long conversation, wrote up an invoice that may as well have been a novel there was so much self serving fiction in it.
By the way, did I mention that he ran a snake into our main line which had been «sleeved» 5 years ago and may have ruined the liner too?
This company may have good people somewhere but we didn’t see any indication of that. Their fictional account of what happened demonstrates what kind of ethics they have. I still need to have the main inspected to find out how much damage Henry M. did to the liner. They didn’t fix the problem and probably caused even more damage. Hope this helps somebody out there not make the same mistake we did — stay away!!!

Job was done perfectly!!! Andrew did a great job with the estimate laying out different scenarios. He kept us informed with his progress and notified us if any problems came up that were not included in the estimate. Andrew was very informative about our options with each situation and didn’t take advantage of us by recommending repairs that weren’t needed as well as informing us the best solution to our problem.

I would NOT use this company again. They are very predatory in their practices. According to my estimate they over charged me by more than $ 2,000. I can’t say for sure because they never gave me an itemized bill. They characterized my call as «Emergency Service» and charged me premium rates, even though most of the work was done on a Friday during the day.
They sent two plumbers and one of the stood around most of the time watching the other one work. Both plumbers spent an excessive amount of time on their personal cell phones on personal calls. They originally cut the wrong pipe and included the time it took to fix their error on my bill. Their work was crude, at best. I wrote to them over three weeks ago and to date they have never responded to my request, given me an itemized bill, or offered to make any kind of adjustment.

Needed my regular guy Ruben but he referred PP. Andrew & assistant arrived on time & was not smelly babbas. Ferguson had trouble sending the supplies, missing parts and not happy when they couldn’t enter property indirect route. Job was done with 95% care when I pointed not to damage walls, door frame, paint, area. The job was 6 hrs and difficult, ended at 10PM and I appreciate their diligence to work on my request to not continue the next day.
I will contact PP again for future work for my clients. 5-​stars for Service Mgr Daley who was insightful, set high expectations for the company, and open to conversation. Someone buy that nice meal! Thanks Guys

Crook! Rip off! Worst Customer Service!!!
My office called there office to schedule an appointment on a Saturday. They said they would be out in an hour to 90 minutes. After 2 ½ hours they arrived to tell me that they would need to charge $ 1,175 to determine where the stoppage was, but he would charge me the discounted price of $ 875! I told him I have multiple offices and over 20 years this service to unblock a toilet has NEVER been needed. I used the word NONSENSE and he hung up on me using my office telephone.
I called my office back after he hung up and they told me he left, but then walked back in! I asked my manager to get his card, he told her he wouldn’t provide one. He walked out!
It was a plugged toilet only! Instead of hydro jetting my line per his suggestion at $ 1,175 it was a OBVIOUSLY MUCH LESS!!!

Joe was perfection. I was seeking three estimates for a messy job of fixing a large water leak in the courtyard of an older house. The Prompt Plumber came out to look at the situation at no cost, which we really appreciated. Joe was so professional and reasonable that we trusted him, and asked him to do the work on the spot.
He got right to it, including digging a large hole through mud to find the leak, and fixed it with better materials and functionality than the original plumbing. Plus he was quick and neat, well-​mannered and totally nice. And did the work for the price estimated, with no unpleasant surprises. We will call on him again and again. We’ve found a truly great plumber in Joe, and give him our highest recommendation.
