The gentlemen who came out to our Corona home on 11÷23÷15 was professional and honest. We had a job done two weeks ago where they didn’t install the garbage disposal properly and therefore had to have these guys come out to fix other persons mistake. He advocated for us which meant the world to us. We got our deductible waived because of him. He fixed it and once again we feel at ease. Thank you!

Again, Tru-Way has come to my rescue!!! Had another problem at home and gave them a call and again that girl in the office walked me through it and I got it repaired for next to nothing. Absolutely amazing! I have been going to Tru-Way for many, many years and cannot tell you how much money they have saved me over that time. They have NEVER failed me on any of my needs and they really care and go out of their way to help and save you that mighty dollar if they can. I have recommended them to several people and find them to be a CARINGCOMPANY!!!

Horrible business! We were referred to them through old republic, our home warrantee company. The person who came to our house seemed inconvenienced and was more concerned about his 60 $ fee than helping fix our problem. After determining the problem he said he would need to order the part. Well that was three weeks ago. Multiple attempts at contacting them were made. The phone was either busy or an incredibly rude secretary answered with nothing to say that was helpful. Old republic called them and the secretary was rude to them too! Needless to say I canceled our claim with them and switched to another business.

DONOTUSETHISSERVICE!!! If you are under a home warranty and they assign you these guys… I feel sorry for you. Ask for someone else. I’d rather go out of my pocket and call someone else. Or just google the problem you are having to see if it is something simple and just do it yourself. They are worse than the cable company with scheduling and keeping appointments. They give you a 6 hour range, like we don’t have anything to do except sit around and wait for them. Their repairmen are rude. Their office personnel is rude. They charge you every time they come out, even when they claim«you aren’t home.» Like I was getting out of the shower because I have nothing else to do for 6 hours, the doorbell rings, I run downstairs and open the door. The guy is gone. I call the office two minutes later and they tell me he is out of the area. Boy he must be on a helicopter or something. They are a joke. BUYERBEWARE, These guys are unethical.

I just tried to call all three phone numbers that I have for Tru-Way. It is 4pm on Wednesday afternoon. No one answers the phone. I have a tenant that needs to make an appointment for Tru-Way to fix a home warranty issue on a stove. I can’t even leave a message. I needed a coupler for a ten year old washer. I found info on the web explaining how to get to and remove the part. Tru-Way sold me the coupler for $ 20.00. Saved me hundreds.
