I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I’m pretty much very satisfied every time I come … I do try and come during the non busy hours but I’ve never had a rude experience and I’ve only 1x in 2 years had gel nails not last the entire 2 – 3 weeks … The staff is nice, I don’t expect much interaction because I’m here to relax, matter a fact I don’t even like to talk and it’s perfect!

This place was horrible! Amy couldn’t fill my nails properly with the polish, and not a week after getting gel nails they have started peeling off! I specifically asked for the same design on my nails and my feet and they gave me COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DESIGNS! I would NOT recommend going to this nail salon before a big event.

I usually get my nails done here often. Today, I wanted a gel manicure and I had one of the worst experiences ever. First, the owner gave me a man that had no clue what he was doing, ended up filing my nail bed too short making my nails super thin and my nail broke 2 days later and all the gel peeled off. Didn’t know how to apply gel polish and once my friend was done, he started rushing to get my done, leaving them looking like absolute crap. I had chucks of the top coat hanging off of my nails and all on the sides of the corners of my nails, even on my skin. Then, my finger nails started to burn to the point where it was actual pain and he kept telling me to not take them out when it was hurting me, when I’m obviously going to. Then, once I went to pay the owner asked how my service was & I’m not usually somebody to critique how something is because I don’t like when someone does that to me, & I proceeded to tell her how I had chucks of nail polish on my skin & on my nails. She then sat me down and just started filing my nails and taking only some of the top coat off, she knew I wasn’t happy at all and then proceeded to blame me for my nails looking the way they did… When I get my nails done there once every 2 weeks for the past few months and they have never looked like this before. Told me it was my fault for how my hands were placed, when they are placed the same way every time I get my nails done, and that I shouldn’t take my nails out if they are burning because «I will get use to it if it hurts.» Then charged me full price & never apologized for the poor service she knew I was unhappy with. It’s now 4 days later and 5 different finger nails have already peeled off. Bad attitudes all around, especially from the owner. I would stay away.

I went in for a pedicure and the condescending lady at the counter did not even say hello or have a greeting. She looked at me and said «what do you need?» At that point I should have turned and left right away. She and the other technicians were so busy purchasing food from a vendor that they couldn’t even greet a customer.
The young lady who did my pedicure was pleasant and apologized for them. Unfortunately her quality was substandard. In fact, she did a horrible job. The lotion they use was so cheap that once I got outside I could see that my feet were extremely ashy and my toes were white from acetone residue and clear polish was on my skin.
I will go back to return their frequency card and provide feedback but I will never go back there for any kind of service.

1 star because I did like my nails, but they are rude here, they overcharge, and they’re too rough. I had to have said «ow» 5 times at least. They didn’t make me feel welcomed either. I wouldn’t really recommend them.

I am extremely impressed! I was in a pinch with time and the place I go to regularly was closed today so I decided to give this place a try. I called first and Tony answered and told me to come down right away so I did. Tony was quick but gentle at the same time which I can’t appreciate enough because the lady I normally go to cuts the skin on the sides of my thumbs every. single. time. Don’t ask why it took me this long to find somewhere different. I showed Tony a picture of how I wanted my nails done and he did them exactly how I asked. All of the employees seemed very friendly and professional. The shop was really clean and nicely decorated and the prices were really good! I live in Anaheim but I will definitely be making the trip out to this shop from now on! Thank you again Tony!

There is not a rating low enough. no excuse. Kevin violated and caused great pain to my person. Made my fingers bleed. I literally yelled in pain and he would not stop. Wrong color powder had to stop the pedicure. And they overcharged charged my husband $ 161 for substandard service. Refused to give me a manager. Had the man who torchered me claim to be the manager. They on top of that wer tipped by my husband vefore I realized he did not know better for a total rip off of $ 70. These people will rip you off after tgey bleed you.
Unreal. Do not use them.

One star because they did a good job on my nails and eyebrows, but two of the men were extremely rude and condescending. I came here today with my best friend and was treated horribly. And before every service they would quote us a price, then when they were done they would add on extra charges that we specifically did not ask for or agree to. They are ripping people off. Neither of us will be returning and my friend was a regular customer. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

OK, this place is awful. I have been here before and gave them 3 stars but this is just ridiculous now. I had my nails done on Saturday. First they fought me over the $ 5 off coupon, then they forgot to give me a new stamp card for my full-​priced pedicure. Within minutes my nail color looked bubbled and the next day one of my nails chipped! I wasn’t even doing anything to chip them. I should have just walked out when I sat in the pedicure chair and my nail person spent more time on her cell phone and asking me how to send pictures via text than on my toes. This was NOT a relaxing experience and I swear I will stick to the Norco location from now on. I came here because I was desperately short on time. it wasn’t worth the amount of money that I spent.

This place rocks!!! The people are friendly and genuine, the overall vibe is welcoming and they give an amazing pedicure.
This is going to be my new meeting spot with my mom. We live about an hour from here in opposite directions. Totally worth the drive to have a great pedi and afternoon with mom :)

Awesome nail salon, good customer service, clean, and prices are about the same as other places. Stephany always does my pedicure and does an amazing job! (I have ingrown nails and she’s great at taking them out) Would definitely go here, near the el pollo loco.

If you’re looking for a pleasant, relaxing experience AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
Weekday or weekend, appointment or not, you will waste most of your time just sitting there waiting. The owner simply refuses to keep her salon even moderately staffed. Don’t get me wrong, when you walk in you may actually get seated right away. But then the excuses begin… we have to do a quick wax first, so-​and-​so was here before you (when you saw with your own eyes, while you ever so patiently waited with nothing else to do but read old magazines and curse your fate, that they came in after you), you’re up next, and so on and so on.
They have such a lack of respect for your time it’s comical. The owner will tell you every lie in the book just to get you in the chair, where you will spend the first 45 minutes of your visit soaking, and wondering if your turn will ever come. If that’s what you like, then go for it. However, if you (like me) would prefer not to waste your time while your feet slowly turn into prunes, then please save yourself the trouble. There are at least 6 other salons within 3 miles of this place. And all of those are infinitely cleaner, comparably priced, with nicer staff.
Not even worth one star.
