So happy to have found Unleashed Strenght I’m on my third week of working out and I have never felt better I still feel as motivated as when I started, Manny and Trevor are great coaches their way of motivating everyone is awesome, their priority is to make sure we get the results we are looking for, since day 1 this place feels likes a great family to be apart of you guys need to check them out, by far the best gym in Corona!

I was referred to this gym by a friend who started working out here and saw real results. I hadn’t worked out in literally 5 years and was looking for a place to keep me motivated and consistent. This is the place!
I was impressed by their philosophy of whole body health, really taking the time to understand what my long term goals were, my motivation and what stood in my way to get where I wanted to go. As Trevor said, it is not the 3 hours a week at the gym that gets you there; it is the other 165 hours when you’re not in the gym that counts. Great advice!
The gym members also give them place a family feel. We’re all in it together!

I found a Diamond in the rough! Made a choice to not just live my life, but to live it healthy! The knowledgeable trainers, know how to push you just right so you achieve your goals and not give up. I am happy I found this place on «What’s up Corona» FB page! Manny and Trevor are awesome instructors that help you set your goals and push you to become better. My favorite thing is doing a workout that I am new at and if I am doing it incorrectly, they will show you the right formation so that you don’t cause injury to yourself. They are always willing to help.
The first day I came in, both of them were full of smiles and greeted me immediately. I felt scared about meeting the new people who were training as well but everyone is extremely friendly! They are open all week and have different scheduled times so that it works with everyone’s busy schedule! You also get a meal plan that way you don’t have to wonder what you’re going to eat every day! It’s all set out for you! I have lost some weight and I just started this program :)
Don’t be scared to join, don’t be intimidated no matter what size you are, Just DO IT and you will thank yourself for it in the end!!!

Great gym! Great workouts! Great team! These guys are really good at what they do and make you feel like your apart of the family. No question this is the place to go and worth every dollar!

Amazing staff. Worked with the trainers from this gym for college ball my sophomore year and couldn’t have been more pleased with my results. Performance and stamina was increased immensely and the best of all I loved showing up everyday to work with these guys!

This place is such a gem! Manny and Trevor are really the nicest guys who genuinely care for their clients. They have a very personal touch and really connect.
One of the things I like the most is that unlike going solo at a gym, the guys are there to make sure you’re using proper form so you don’t get injured, or help you come up with alternate exercises or variations to work the same muscle groups if you can’t do something for some reason.
I have personal reasons why I couldn’t stay on, but believe you me, if/​when those are taken care of, I wanna come back and get right!!!

Love my gym! I’ve been coming to Unleashed for almost a month and this short month has been life changing for me. Thanks to Trevor and Manny, I’ve changed my eating habits and can now say that I actually enjoy working out. These trainers are extremely passionate about what they do! I tried this gym out, and unfortunately moved away shortly after… My time there was short-​lived but it showed me how true personal training gyms should feel. Never uncomfortable, and the trainers always had a smile on their faces… Even when it was time to get serious… Not only that, the other people working out were there to motivate and cheer you on, too! Definitely worth the hard work, sweat, and money. I always recommend this gym to anyone i know that are in the IE area.

One of the best decisions I’ve made for myself is signing up for this gym. I never thought I could actually enjoy working out, but Unleashed Strength is such a fun environment. Manny and Trevor are the absolute best. They encourage you to challenge yourself and take the time to help you achieve the results you desire.
I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a place where you can get a good workout and make some great friends. You’ll leave sweaty, but with a smile on your face.

I’ve been a member of Unleashed for over two years now and I am absolutely happy with all the progress in health /​fitness, self-​confidence /​improvement in myself. The trainers are awesome who care about you and your fitness goals! They’re going to make you workout hard and they’re going to make sure you do it safely. They may beat your body up, but the confidence you’ll gain and the community you’ll be a part of will really build you up in the end! I would recommend this gym to anyone that’s wants to improve them selfs!

I’ve always been a skinny guy, and about 2 years ago I decided it was time to start building some muscle. I trained and trained, and although I got in shape I never got to the level that I wanted to reach.
I heard from some friends about Manny and his team over at US so I decided to give them a try, and I AM SO GLAD I DID. These guys knows what it takes to get you to that next level, and their level of concern and commitment to their clients is way better than anything I’ve experience at any other gym.
These guys definitely have my business and will continue to do so until I can’t lift weights anymore.

I would rate my experience with Unleashed Strength 5 stars. It provided me with everything I was looking for, a welcoming environment, healthy food options, and a workout that challenged my endurance and strength.
