I’ve used West-​Guard for quiet a few years now. I find that they are very good if you are in a pinch and need a termite inspection done quickly. They move their schedule around and have always managed to make it work for me.

Do not use this company! They actually issued a termite clearance report, and when I later had the property inspected by another company to verify their work they found drywood termites underneath the deck and fungus and dryrot on other parts of the property. So unethical!

Terrible. Had a guy show up a couple days ago to inspect my house. He spent 30 min and wrote 2 lines in his report, not even bothering to mention that most crucial areas of the house weren’t available for the inspection. When I called the company line, their reply was «this is how we do it». Stay away.
