Long story short, horrible horrible customer service. Probably the worst of any business I’ve ever been a patron of. If you have a problem after an appointment and call them, don’t expect a call back or anything other than a bill in the mail.
Long story short, after a standard cleaning and some weird subsequent pain, I went back the same day and Dr. Hutchison referred me to a friend of his for a root canal that I did not need. The other Doc literally said «I have no idea why he sent you here, there is no way based on these X-​rays (that Hutchinson took) that practically any dentist would ever recommend a root canal here». I obv didn’t get one but still had to pay for the unnecessary office visit to the 2nd doc to tell me that Dr. Hutchison was retarded.
Hutchison also charged me for my 2nd office visit to him too. Called and left a message after all this to try to speak with them about it. No call back, nothing, just a full priced bill in the mail.

I was very impressed with this dentist office. The front desk staff prompty greeted me and were very pleasant. It didn’t take long before I was escorted to the back. What was most impressive was the hygienist that described each step she was doing and why plus suggestions for prevention in the future. That is something no other hygienist has ever done before. Before I left, I had some insurance coverage questions and the ladies were so quick to verify with my carrier and follow up with me by the time I got home. This is a highly professional and pleasant dental office that I highly recommend.

I’ve had several dentists over the years & have got to say Dan is as good as they get. First impression, the office looks brand new & the staff is very friendly. Going back the rooms ate spotless and have flat panel displays on the walls and ceiling. Dan is very engaging and excellent at what he does: he explains it in such a way that you feel like you’re part of the team. Also, he has a touch in making it painless; perhaps because youre too involved in the process?! Overall as good as a Dental visit can be!
